Moving to Clemmons Trace village has been so easy and stress free the staff are great and so helpful anytime I have reached out needing assistance they respond in such a timely manner the complex is nice and quiet and the people are great I was here for full year and loved every minute of it I would absolutely move here again given the chance!

Depending on which area you are shoved into you might end up coming home from a tough day at work, tired from being out or even a funeral and have to endure LOUD music at the top level a speaker can carry along with your park occupied right at your resident's door where YOU are paying rent. Complain if you want, nothing gets accomplished, and you can tell it has been a serious issue by the mail you are still receiving in your box unit number from previous tenants. After management failed to help out with rude "neighbors" I didn't even bother with work orders anymore, I was always told everything was "fine and OK" so no THANKS!

By far the best apartment I have lived in! Amazing staff, always responds very fast. Fun but quiet neighborhood, great for families. Prompt maintenance, never had an issue that wasn't resolved same or next day (not that there were many problems,just regular small stuff). Consistent pest control, never had any issues with bugs, even outside no bug spray is needed. Pet friendly neighborhood, amazing dog park! Pool is great and always very clean.

I’ve been here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The staff is very caring and professional. The maintenance team is exceptional & extremely prompt when you have a problem. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a great place to live.??

I've lived here for over two years and I love it. Every one is so nice. If I have a problem, maintenance takes care of it very promptly. Love the pool and have used the gym. Everything is so convenient.

The neighborhood is conveniently located between 421 and I-40. It’s a super easy commute to downtown Winston. There is a lovely playground for the kiddos to play on and a dog park for the pups! Management is great, friendly, and they are quick to address any issues.

Great price comparable to other place in same area. Pool and pond are not near apartments. Playground is very easily accessible and very Kid friendly. Very well up kept.

After shopping around for apartments last year, my wife and I moved to Clemmons Trace Village over the summer. Since then, I have received great service from the staff onsite here and we love our town home style apartment. The units are well maintained with updated floors and appliances and our neighbors are very friendly. I have never had any problems working with the staff here and the rent is very reasonable. It would be a great choice for anyone looking for apartments in this area.

I moved into Clemmons Trace Village village last summer and it was an excellent decision. After shopping around for a few months and speaking with different representatives, I noticed that the staff here are very caring and helpful. The townhome style apartment I moved into is very spacious for the money and it has been well maintained. The staff are also very responsive to service requests. Its truly a great place to live!

The pool is excellent. The managers are great. Maintenance is always done on time. They have a great dog park.

Clemmons Trace Village is called home going on 2 years for my daughter and I... the only thing I regret is not moving here sooner. Pool, gym, pond, dog park, friendly neighbors, awesome staff, ideal location and reasonable rent... seriously... what else do you need? Very happy tenant!!!

I love living in Clemmons Trace. I’ve lived here in 2015-2017. Then we’ve moved back this year. We are all glad to be back. My kids use to always spend their day indoors on their electronics, but since we’ve moved back here, they spend their day outside playing in the playground and with other kids. They love the playground and the pool. They also have a good size fitness room that my husband loves. The laundry mat is also great if you don’t have a W/D. I feel very safe living here. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Kathy and Stephanie very helpful and amazing. I am glad we are back!

I moved from Miami, fl to clemmons trace village 5 years ago and I’m not moving until I buy my own house. Great manager and very attentive with the property.

I have lived here almost 4 1/2 years and have loved it! The apartments are perfect size for small families who are wanting to stay here short or long term. And the staff is amazing!

I moved to the Clemmons area to begin a new job and a new chapter in my life. I found Clemmons Trace Village on Apartments.com and Cathy and I first began with extensive emails. She made this move less stressful on me, a new state, leaving family behind, its difficult. Truthfully, her personality and the confidence she bestowed upon me is why I moved to this apartment complex. My town home is cozy and quiet. The people around me are friendly and courteous. I have had a couple maintenance problems but Brian took care of those quickly. Very happy to live here.

They charge $21.95 as a convenience fee for paying online. Im not sure who that convenience is for but its not for there renters. Everywhere allows you to pay online now, I have not ever heard of such large fee. Sounds to me its just a way to squeeze a little more money out of the people they say they appreciate. This is a terrible place to live. Don't live here unless it's between living here and being homeless living on the street. The managers do not maintain the property inside or out. They lie to you about repairs which they don't do. You shouldn't have to beg for repairs that you have to pay for; like change air filters or clean mold that's in the air conditioner which made me sick. After multiple complaints they would come out and do nothing and say it's fine. Some apartments there they don't even put filters in. If your health deteriorates when you move in its probably because of the mold that's in the apartments. Everyone's situation is different bit if you can avoid living there please do.

Clemmons Trace Village is a quiet, enjoyable place to live. The staff are very friendly and are speedy about repairs. The pool & playground are always clean. They have a security guard that circles so it feels very safe. Over all, we love living here. They are in the process of remodeling any outdated units and they look beautiful!

Living in the Village of Clemmons, NC is great. The apartment homes at Clemmons Trace Village allow you to enjoy Village living at its best.
