Clemson Lofts

I was trying to find housing for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year at Clemson University, as I am an incoming freshman. I spoke with Tre on the phone to get some details regarding the price, amenities, and floor plans, and he was super helpful. I was somewhat confused about how to fill out my application, but Tre guided me through the process. I signed my lease two days ago and opted for random roommate matching. I am so excited to live at the Clemson Lofts! Thank you, Clemson Lofts staff!!!

This property is amazing for so many reasons! From their amenities to the community, they check all the boxes of what you would want for your college living experience.

When I tell you living at the Clemson Lofts has been the best experience of my time at Clemson, I am not lying. The amenities and price make it so worth it. Along with the front office staff being so nice, accommodating and handsome. I will really miss living at the Lofts!

I have lived at the lofts for a little under a year and have loved it. The office staff is super friendly and hosts fun events while the maintenance staff is definitely the most caring and personable maintenance crew I have met in Clemson. The apartment is huge and has great natural light. It also had an in unit washer and dryer and plenty of storage

I’ve lived here for 1 year and the changes they’ve made are incredible. They really take the feedback from the community and implement them.

Living at The Lofts could not be a better choice if you're looking for something close to campus and want stress free living! You pay one price for everything, so you don't have to worry about paying 3, 4, or 5 separate bills for rent, utilities, trash, the gym, etc. It's all included!

The Lofts is a very convenient place to live in Clemson and is walkable to downtown/ campus when needed. The new management team is also very concerned with making the Lofts a better place to live with more amenities and a significantly improved clubhouse area. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good place and willing to pay the higher price.

I have lived here for 2 years and it’s so great! We have never had any problems the entire time and it’s such a great location! We walk to football games, to eat on tiger blvd, or even just to campus! Also, maintenance is always great and come to help very quickly! Such a great place to live!!

The maintenance comes super quickly, and everyone that works here is very nice and friendly! Really great amenities and an awesome place to live!

Paul/Preacher is awesome. He came promptly to fix both issues we filed work orders for. Always a great experience with him.

Had a great experience with maintenance! Moved in roughly two weeks ago and found that the ice maker in the freezer was not working. I filed a maintenance request on a Friday and it was processed and fixed by Zach on Monday. Super easy and responsive. He was in and out of here within 15 minutes and we now have ice! So far, no complaints with management/maintenance and I would definitely recommend the Lofts.

Beware- this is a poorly managed property in every aspect. I signed a lease back in January because there was nothing else available at that time. Management here was very hard to reach by phone the entire process. There is never anyone actually in the office- it is an answering service all the time. Two weeks before move in, they called and said their software had a glitch and they had leased my apartment to two people - even though I had paid my reservation fee and August rent already! How do you not know that you received rent from two people for the same unit? They terminated my lease two weeks before move in! They were very callous and indifferent to the situation their negligence had created. Do not do business with these people or live here.

Best place to live! Maintenance is always available so fast and they do amazing work! They are so friendly and never an inconvenience!

Maintenance is always helpful and always fast! They usually always come right away after I submit a work from. They are the best!

Called in about getting hot water fixed and it was fixed by the time I got home! Preacher did an awesome job and was friendly.

The maintenance people coming quickly and work efficiently when problems arise.

Zach did an amazing job on repairing a piece of flooring for us! He installed it for us and was done within an hour! Always amazing maintenance service!

Zachary did a great job replacing our smoke detector battery and even brought a fire extinguisher! I feel much more prepared for fires!

Clemson Lofts is great at fixing any problems I have! Zach was very professional and fixed my broken toilet in less than one business day.

Submitted 3 maintenance requests around midnight, and maintenance was there the next morning at 11am. Tyler was beyond professional and helpful! He replaced our ice maker, fixed our garbage disposal, fixed our AC, changed the light bulbs, and helped us figure out our deadbolt! After all that he still asked us if there was anything else he could do! Amazing work and beyond pleased!

Zach took care of all my maintenance requests in a very quick manner! After submitting the request last night the repairs were made this morning. Very helpful and professional!

I put in a maintenance request last night and the problem was fixed by the next morning. Paul was very nice, apologized for any inconvenience, and was very quick with fixing the issue. The maintenance staff is great and they try to respond as quickly as possible.

Paul was great! He came to fix the issue in my apartment and was pleasant and professional. Very much appreciated.

Lived here the past year and would recommend no one signs a lease here. The apartments are built horribly with no attention to detail. For instance our back door has a silver knob but a gold deadbolt. Since living here the only thing this complex cares about is money so if you aren’t willing to drop hundreds on random fines don’t live here.

Paul was very helpful with fixing the issue I had in my apartment. I put in a request last night and now it is already fixed by noon. So thankful to have a maintenance team that responds so quickly!

Lived here for 3 years and I love it. The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful. It is nice to have a maintenance staff that actually makes it to your apartment in a timely fashion and makes sure everything is fixed for you.

These are by far the best apartments we looked at. Staff is friendly and the accommodations are excellent. I love the gym and lounge area, it’s close to campus, and the apartment is huge. Would definitely recommend for upcoming students!

I love living here! Everyone is so friendly and the staff responds immediately. It's nice that everything is included so you don't have to worry about multiple bills. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

The staff was awesome when they helped me sign my lease and made everything feel like home!! I am thankful for the home like feeling this place has!!

I had a bunch of friends living in The Lofts and I was so jealous of them. They loved their apartment and I did not love mine, so I decided to sign a lease and move to The Lofts! Best decision I ever made.

Great Location, Great Amenities, and Great Service!

All of my friends lived here in previous years and always loved it. I was always over at the lofts anyway and so I finally decided to make the switch to live here! I am very excited to be close to campus and be around all of my friends. Defnitely the place to live if you have a big friend group. Guest parking is great also!

I just resigned my lease to live in The Lofts for a second year. I love my spacious apartment, the community facilities, and the ease of the location. Any questions or concerns I have had have always been addressed quickly and in a helpful manor by the leasing team and maintenance staff. Highly recommend for off campus student housing.

The Maintenance Staff of Clemson Lofts is always exceptional - they respond immediately and fix issues within three days. If it's a serious issue, they will respond ASAP. Recently, my window started leaking and they fixed the issue within the day.

The lofts did an amazing job when I called and acquired about living there next year. They were really nice on the phone and answered all of my questions. They talked me through the process and what steps I needed to ensure my housing for next year. They were really prompt in getting the leasing information out (less than 24 hours after completing my application). I am so excited to live there next year!

Lee is always nice and polite each and every time I put in a maintenance request. He responds quickly and is in and out with the problem fixed in no time.

Favorite apartments I've lived in. The front office and maintenance staff are very friendly and always respond promptly to any questions or issues. Plus, not a bad walking distance from downtown/campus.

Great location, not far from main road. Good rates, fair for the space and distance to campus/downtown. Very good maintenance service.
