Just 10 miles west of Fayetteville's city center sits the charming suburban community of Seventy-First/Cliffdale. Although housing and apartment complexes occupy most of Seventy-First/Cliffdale's land area, a small commercial area exists in the neighborhood. However, most of the neighborhood's residents commute to other sections of the city to work, entertain themselves and shop. For the most part, descriptors such as quiet, safe and slow-paced are apt to use about life in Seventy-First/Cliffdale. The neighborhood also contains a fair bit of undeveloped land, especially surrounding the numerous small lakes and streams that dot Seventy-First/Cliffdale's landscape.

Property Ratings at Cliff Creek Apartments
They has one maintenance caretaker and they do not fix nothing you put in work order for, when you move they dont do and inspection with you then they charge you even for a light bulb, parking real bad and they tow vehicles, constantly entering your apartment without notice.
I wouldn't recommend this place! Parking is a constant issue with management even going out of their way to tow cars! The pool becomes a party central, with half of the attendees being from outside of the complex (at times, management being fully aware of it!). The list goes on...I would not recommend this place at all!
If you are looking to move....DO NOT move to Cliff Creek Apartments. I have been here 1 month and have to move from here already. I live below a woman with 5 out of control kids under the age of about 8-9. They have been so loud with banging,bouncing,jumping,running..etc., that they have knocked the light cover off in my kitchen more than once, cause the ceiling fan in the living room to sway, and now my ceiling is making cracking sounds. I have complained to the office several times and have send several e-mails so they have it in writing. I have been told their is NOTHING they can do. They can't make someone be "a good tenant". I have talked to my fellow neighbors and several of them have complained about this woman also and nothing is being done!!!!. So I am having to move away from the situation. I did talk to a fellow resident who is a disabled vet and he is also moving because of constant noise and his complaints fall on deaf ears. So a disabled vet and myself a disabled Army widow have to move when WE are not causing the problem, and she gets to stay here. I did go to Ft. Bragg yesterday and filed a formal complaint with the military. I was also told if I did not pay the rent for April and used that money to move THEY WILL take me court and ruin my credit!!!!.
When I first moved here I was delighted to find an affordable apartment complex that allowed dogs and had clean new units. Then shortly after moving in things went down hill. Management and repair staff started changing every few months, people stopped picking up dog poop, noisy neighbors/cops responding to domestic calls, altercations in the parking lot. It stayed like this for quite a while. The management as of August 2017 is making some headway on community improvements. Upon move out make sure you document everything, if you own a dog they are going to charge you to get the carpets cleaned anyway (even though they're at least 3 years old which is within the life expectancy of carpet). Traffic at the entrance is often blocked/very dangerous at peak times due to people flying up the right turn lane onto Skibo Rd. If you have the pleasure of dealing with DTH Management upon move-out, expect to be insulted and have your concerns disregarded.

I do apologize for any issues they may have come up after your move out. We try our best to make your transition to your new home as easy as possible. If there is anything I can do at this point, please reach out. I would love to clear up any outstanding issues with Cliff Creek and DTH Management. LaVar Wright 910.779.0948
Cliff creek apartments were terrible, the mainence took forever to come when you needed them and never actually fixed anything. When we moved out they charged us for things that were there previous of move out and when I talked to DTH management they didn't do what they said they were going To do for us. It's not worth the money either. Our cabniets fell apart, and when we first moved in the apartment was not cleaned!!!

Cliff Creek apartments are the best value in town because you get a lot of value for what you pay for. 1) It is close to Skibo and it's on Cliffdale, but it's not busy as far as hearing constant traffic noise from either of these busy streets. 2)There are almost no bugs. I see one maybe once a month if that. They do a good job of regularly spraying. 3)The location is great because I can get to anyone in Fayetteville quickly because it's right in the middle and the mall and nice restaurants are around the corner as well as All American Expressway. 4)The pool is very nice and relaxing and there are always people hanging out there that respect the rules etc. 5)I love all my neighbors. It's not the hood like most apartment complexes on Cliffdale. The complaints would be that 1)the bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the apartment. 2) I sweep the common areas and spray down the stairwell rails in the hallways that are in between the doors to get inside of our apartments because the maintenance crew doesn't do it. After about a month, it can start to look unkempt. It's a chore the apartment staff should do. 3) The new manager strikes me as rude. 4) The grass in front of my building looked bad, but it is improving because I think a new crew was hired to do the landscaping and it will look good from here on out. 5)I placed an order to patch a drywall and replace a set of broken blinds about three weeks and it still hasn't been fixed. Overall, for the price it is very good. I can't remember the name, but it's an apartment complex on Cliffdale which is equally as nice as Cliff Creek but it was $225 more per month and far from Skibo road so not worth it and the reviews talked about crime inside of the complex. There have been no incidents since I have lived there of vandalising of cars or burglaries. The apartment has a lot of upscale touches such as dark woods in the kitchen, nice fixtures for doors, ceiling fans in every room, large bathrooms, and good closet space.

Thank you for your kind words. If you still live here, please call the office. I would love to make sure everything is still going well. It is hard to get things done all the time and right away, but we have a Great Staff here now so things are happening quicker and better than before. Please call if there is anything I can do for you and your family. LaVar 910.779.0948
