Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

The staff sucks, they don’t answer the phone they act unprofessional, They change the rules every month and lie about it being in the lease they try to make you pay for things that go wrong in the apartment and they take months to fix it … would not recommend at all????

No parking for tenants due to guests, compactor never works( piles of trash), Office doesn’t respond to emails only the select ones. Please drive thru, you will see the cars that do not work on flat tires and non-tenant vehicles left as a storage ground
I’ve been here about 3 years this is the 3rd upstairs neighbors who stomp and play loud tv and music and since I was woken up again I’m just going to leave this here until I can speak with someone at the office. So much for “new management” the trash situation is horrible always overflowing or people will just dump it on the sidewalks or parking areas. Gym still closed , also it’s not a playground it’s two swings. And rent is going up time to buy a house…
I currently live at the Brookstone apartments in Fayetteville NC. That are managed by the high lander rentals. I moved into this apartment in at the end of March 2021. When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned. The carpets were not cleaned the vent was not changed, actually whoever takes care of getting the apartments ready painted over the vent. The air did not work and there was and still is a leak under my spare bathroom sink. I have sent pictures to the property manager and they did send someone out to fix the air and change the vents. They tried to sent the carpet cleaners out but i had already moved everything in so my carpets really aren’t clean. Now here is why i have decided to review this apartment and the do nothing staff. This apartment came with German roaches. Not the palmetto bugs that come in from outside but that nasty roaches. I did bring it to their attention they sent out the maintenance man with the same home defense bug spray i already bought and spray the apartment with. I am paying out of my own pocket for a pest service for roaches that i didn’t bring to this apartment. They have not taken anything off of my rent or done a thing. I have not give attitude about the situation until today. I went up to the onsite office at the apartment a week ago & asked if i could have the maintenance come and move the dishwasher so that Terminix can spray behind the dish washer because i have roaches in my dish washer, running across the counter tops, in the sink, and under the fridge! The lady in the office said that was fine i just needed to plan the treatment a little out so that they could plan for the maintenance to be there. No problem. So I scheduled my next visit for 6/21. When i called the rental people they told me they won’t be able to have their maintenance team come out to move the appliances because they are too busy and under staffed. When i asked the lady what am i supposed to do she said you can do it your self. I’m a little thing 5’1 and 130 pounds and i don’t think i should have to be pulling out stoves, fridges, and dishwashers myself when they sold me a roach infested apartment. Then if i damage the appliances then i will be held responsible. I have been patient with the situation long enough. My advise before you try moving in is come drive by at night or on the weekends so you can hear how loud the other tenants are listen music always playing. Weed smoke all over the apartments. Save your money and look somewhere else.
