Cliffside at Mountain Park

Pests and major water damage. "Restorations", no! Unlivable and unsafe conditions for a family. Absolutely abhorrent! Misrepresentation and false advertisement. The pictures show nothing of the reality to come. Out of 2.5 bath, one toilet works, and in another bathroom, one shower worked. Water damage was painted over, mildew was painted over. Paint in multiple places is bubbled or pealing (not just small areas, but large areas). Shampoo soap is imbeded in the carpet, still wet and soapy upon move-in. It was pink. No screens on windows, bars are gone, and windows are easily opened with poor locking, at floor level, making them unsafe for children (2nd and 3rd floor apt.) The back door to the balcony is damaged and doesn't lock. Drawers, cabinets and counter tops are a nightmare! It doesn't end there, but I'm not writing anymore.

Prior places I lived at or seen all had nowhere to relax. Like the pool and barbeques and park areas here its much more enjoyable and they keep it up well....units are roomy too and more updates than others nearby for sure

Everyone was nice before, but all the new office people and maintenance workers are great. They respond super quickly and are very professional! Definitely a bonus

They charge you a holding fee before even getting approved and no you will not get it back. They were Not helpful at all when applying, You can never get ahold of an actual person. I have left multiple voicemails and still no response. Spend your money elsewhere.

everything is very calm and quiet very nice to be in that kinda environment. can't hear cars or neighbors or any noises! no one bothers you and sometimes you can even see a couple deer strolling along. nice people and no ruckus equals a nice time

Moving in was the smoothest experience I've ever had. The staff made the process seamless, and the quietness of the area was immediately noticeable. The extra space in the two-story units is a major plus, giving a sense of living in a house but more convenient just like any other apartment.

Seen and been all over the northeast and this is one of the few places that has a nice dog park that is kept clean and very convenient to most of the buildings. Everything else is pretty good too, nice people living there and nice office folks

5 stars, they are super nice and each time I've had a little annoying issue they fixed it super quick! Quiet peaceful area central to a lot of different parts of EP and space is pretty big for what you pay

Maybe bad other places I had been living at nearby before, but Cliffside is 5 stars easy to barbeque and chill in shade plus I had 2 things broken and they came right away to fix. easy and lots of parking and they dont charge you for that like other places

Everything here is solid all around but I like location the most. Basically within 5 or 10 minutes from all parts of town like westside, eastside, downtown and still peaceful away from any businesses or traffic. little picnic park they have in the front is nice too

A friend used to live here a few years ago and always told me how bad it was. It was a good location for my work so I took a chance and have loved it! Nice and quiet and huge space with all friendly ladies at the office. They fix stuff pretty quick and have not had many issues at all. Definitely recomend!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Please take the time to read the google reviews. The office staff is unprofessional and rude! My toilet and stove have not worked since we moved in on January, and the issues have yet to get resolved. I call the office at least once a week for an update and they just put me on hold only to never get back on the phone or even have the audacity to give me a call back. Our AC leaks daily and has damaged the wood on the bathroom sinks which im more than sure they’ll want to charge us for. My walls have yellow stains from the leak, and my apartment is full of gnats from the water that comes in. The AC doesn’t work and I have a newborn baby. These people do not care about their residents!! Their vendors stole a resident’s husky puppy!! The complex has no lighting outside so good luck getting up the stairs safely when it’s dark out. There are roaches EVERYWHERE! Please save yourself the headache and your money. The rest of the reviews are 100% accurate. You will be toured their model unit which has no issues (obviously) but there is a lot more than meets the eye. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE! Please take your business elsewhere.

Couldn’t even see an apartment, was told to come back with my family which I did because I had an okay interaction with the staff, then the following day they were completely rude to me and then they said the manager would call me and nothing, had high hopes for this place to be completely disrespected by the staff which left the worst taste in my mouth, got waived on to go rent another place basically lol

I moved in kind of recently and really like the living room fireplace during chilly nights! The move-in process was easy and nothing annoying like other places. All of the office and repair staff were sweet and made sure I was happy even before I moved. Comfortable and inviting is all I can say

Place has massive floorplans, and I love the extra space. The staff is super super nice and helps out if you walk into the office even if its at the end of the day. The area is peaceful and quiet and neighbors all seem friendly. Happy here!

I have lived her for months with horrible office staff and maintenance guys. We had not had water pressure for months and unable to take showers. And ive had a hole from a leak for months and every time I called or went to the office no one was available and couldn't give me any answers other then "were working on it" We got a new manager Yonica. Immediately you can tell she knows what she is doing not like everyone else in that office. With one meeting that she was willing to have she explained and took the time to talk to me. The water was fixed that I and other residents have been complaining about for months. And just by driving in you can tell, theres less trash everywhere and maintenance guys look like they are actually working. I still have things in my apartment needing to get done, but I feel so much better cause I now trust that someone does care and things are in the process. I was dreading having to move- but im comfortable with staying now. Especially since its close to my job and things seem to be getting done now.

I have lived here since August of 2022. There is no water at least once a week (which means I can’t even use the toilet!!!) and the rest of the time the water pressure is atrocious and I can barely wash my dishes with it. Today is day 4 of no water, not even a trickle, and when I send an email telling the management this I get a response along the lines of “we are aware and are doing our best to fix it” and yet it has been 5 months and I have never seen a single worker there to fix the ‘piping issue’ they say there is. I am so tired of having to drive to a friends house just to shower and use the toilet!!!! If you’re considering moving here DON’T

We applied and we got approved, we got our lease contract and I signed it and everything, when my husband tried to sing it he couldn’t because his social security was wrong, so we contacted them and they got his social security again, they sent us this “had to re-screen your application and it's will not let us re-send the regenerated lease for the next 24-48 hours. Once we have an update, we will let you know.” The 48 hours passed and I called because we needed to know what was going on because we had already gotten approved once we started with the moving expenses, we we’re moving from California so we had bought plane tickets and had already know our tenant that we were going to move out. So after 48 hours I called and Rafael answered and I asked him and he said that they were just waiting for management to approve it but that we will have the contract in two hours in our email. The two hours passed and no email, I would email them and no one would respond, I called and no one would answer, I had to keep on trying

I wanted to write this review earlier, but my move in was very easy and the staff was kind in accommodating my timing (I had to change my move-in date by a couple days). Apartment was nice and spacious like they showed me initially and was clean when I moved in. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors, would definitely recommend. They gave me all new appliances too, which they said they are doing in a lot of the units. Good going to the staff, thank you

I came to check out the place a few weeks back and they showed me a renovated unit. Definitely a lot nicer than I thought it would be, especially for the price. I still have a few months left on my lease in the area but since this property is so big I’m hoping they’ll still have some units when it’s time for me to move from my current apartment. Hopefully with a view. Location is ideal for me.

Glad I heard they’re updating the place and fixing lots of things up, especially the pool. No one used the old one before and they kept it closed but I think it’s going to be great in the summer. The newer people that work in the leasing office are great to talk to but also WAY more responsive – keep it up!!!

My move in was nice and I’ve been here for enough time now to be happy with everything. Main people in the office and all the repair people get back to me really fast always and try to fix any small issues. My place is nicer than I have lived in before but not too fancy so it’s just right for me. I met someone who lived here like a year ago and they said the old management was bad, didn’t answer the phone, didn’t fix things. Looks like a lot has changed in a year, thumbs up for sure

Cute apartments here and I love the little park area (I think they are fixing it up more right now). All the people in the office were helpful when I moved in and I have not had any problems. My rent is better than what I visited in the Westside and everything in my kitchen is brand new I think!

I think my last review got lost. I had to leave to relocate for work but the last few months were awesome with the new management that took over. They are super nice and get back to you quickly and fix things as soon as you ask. They are 1000 times better than the old staff. Great for people with pets or small families and a lot of space inside the unit and to walk around outside. Pretty quiet and easy to get around in EP. I also hear they may be upgrading things so that would be even better.

Have wanted to move to El Paso and I was visiting my friend here for a week. Really nice quiet and peaceful. His unit is huge for what he pays and the maintenance guy came within a couple hours after he made a repair request. When we drove around everything was 5 or 10 minutes away. If I move this summer, I will probably live here

Mold, leaks, no heater. Our clothes got stolen I pay rental insurance didn't receive anything for my clothes being damaged by the leaks. New management every year. They really don't do anything to help you.

Stopped by recently, new management team started a few months ago and are super nice and professional!!! Units are very large and some are townhome style. They have started renovating a lot of the units with new appliances and flooring. Looks pretty updated compared to others in northeast EP.

The ceiling fell in over a month ago due to the heavy rain and I get anyone that works here to help me. The room is unusable and black mold just keeps growing since nothing has been done. I have a baby and a child and nothing has been done and we still have to pay the same rent even though one of the bedrooms can't even be used anymore.

The people who manage are terrible they don’t tell you anything clear. You ask questions and they don’t answer them completely. Hidden fees as well. Apartments was disgusting when they gave it to us we had to clean and fix the restroom sinks. Also outside ther is poops everywhere!!! Bad place don’t recommend it.
