Horrible

The landlord sucks. Tenants fighting at all hours of the day and night. Always smells like cigarette smoke or weed. Very dirty and unkempt. They should be embarrassed with how this place is maintained.

Do not move here, It Is not renovated and you Will deal with problems.

These apartments are not renovated. The windows are old and some of the locks are broken. The heat doesn't work in the winter time because the boiler is broken and the pipes are old and cracked. (According to the landlord) The paint in the bathroom is peeling already and it hasn't been a full year yet.
