Clock Tower Village

New management has been a blessing, they are very attentive and good company to be around. They truly care and will try hard to make a bad situation better in our homes. It has been a pleasure to have Andy, Yadi, and Ebony as the management team. Very fast service and a professional, yet fun environment in the new office space. If I have to move, they will have to come with!

Management doesn’t respond to phone or voicemail. I had emergency plumbing issues(water shooting to ceiling) no response. I was locked out of garage and left several messages and never received one call back. The neighbors are nice.

Community is safe for children and pets. Farmers Market has a live band every week during the summer. Both Post Office and Market are walking distance from any unit at Clocktower Village.

At ClockTower Village everything nice except the gym not enough space for more equipment, very dark. Every gym I have been starts at 5 am until night. So I used the gym only twice since I moved in.

I like living here, it's a nice community and the managers are great. Although their maintenance is terrible; either he lacks experience or doesn't care, or both. For the outrageous amount of rent people have to pay, you'd think they'd hire quality maintenance staff.

Clock Tower Village is a great community centralized to all that you need. The community is well maintained and the neighbors look out for each other. There are lots of natural trails to explore as well as parks for the kids to play safely.

We love living in this neighborhood. Our grounds are beautiful and well kept. It feels like a very safe environment even when I walk my dog at late hours of the night.

Rude and noisy neighbors, mold and plumbing issues never taken care of, drafty unit, and dog poop was everywhere our entire year there. I will never recommend their properties to family and friends. People deserve better accommodations for what it costs to live there. The best day was moving out.

Absolutely wonderful experience from application to getting the keys in hand. The leasing office at the Clock Tower Village is so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. We moved from out of state, and I couldn't have picked a better community to be in. The community here is so welcoming!

The Clock Tower Village is a wonderful place to call home! Thank you and keep up the great work on our happy little community!

The only perk about this place is its proximity to base. Without that I wouldnt recommend anyone live here.

The management and maintenance staff are very conscious and responsive to request and I appreciate this very much. Because I have a very hectic schedule, so one less thing to think about. Thanks!

Staff is very nice and helpful, lovely quiet neighborhood, many things to do quite close. The safest neighborhoods in the area. Has a nice pool and very modern apartments with quite nice appliances.

The maintenance crew alone has improved my quality of life!! Those two gentlemen deserve a raise, for real. The staff remains pleasant and helpful.

Have been living here since October 2020. And with the short months I’ve been living here. I can say it’s nice and clean compared to the other properties I have lived in the surrounding areas. The residents who also rent here are friendly and everyone usually keeps to themselves and help each other if needed. It’s an ideal place to live if you’re military. Not to far from the JBLM North and Main gates about 5-10 minutes.

Love everything about Clock Tower Village. It was a great and smooth transition moving into our new place. The best part of it all is they are Pet Friendly. Great and professional staff. Teresa is AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend Clock Tower Village...

The community is clean, friendly and quiet. The management team communicates well with the residents. Any issues, requests or work orders have been handled quickly. The maintenance team is friendly, courteous and thorough in their work.

I absolutely loved living here. I lived here for a year and the only reason we moved was because we got the opportunity to buy a home. They don't feel like apartments since they're grouped into condo-feeling buildings. We never had a single problem with hearing our neighbors through the walls, it was always very quiet living here. The amenities are great, we loved having a fireplace, gym, pool, and hot tub. The pool was only closed in the winter which is expected, it was always open during the hot summer months! We appreciated the fact that it's a little more mature of a community with more families, older or retired couples, etc. we didn't have any problems with younger "party" soldiers even though we were next to the base. Yes, the apartments are a little more expensive than other options around here but you get all the perks that come with paying a little more; a well maintained and managed community, a more mature crowd, good amenities, people proud to call this place home rather than treating it badly, etc. The management team was great, very helpful and kind. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good stuff about Clock Tower, I will really miss it here!

Myself, my husband and my mother are moving from South Florida to Washington State. Traveling to a completely new area is hard, specially when you do not know anything about the area. Luckily after weeks of searching we came across Clock Tower Village Apartments. Since my mother works from home the convenience of having her own office space and an included garage with no extra cost was just what we were looking for. The apartments are spacious, clean. The bathrooms have perfect about of storage, specially for myself who loves to have different types of lotions and creams & the kitchen has plenty of storage space and cooking space for my husband which is a total foodie. The neighborhood is lovely, it makes you feel like you have your own pleasentville (in a good way!) & the community center has a business center with wifi, gym & tanning bed 24/7. It also has a communal space like a living room with a mini kitchen, clean bathrooms, & pool. The Post office, park and Dupont's "downtown/ town center" area is just a minutes walk away. You can also see the beautiful landscape of MT. Rainier from the city. The management there is very helpful and nice also. They are extremely welcoming and honest with you. The second you tell them you need something for your apartment or something needs to be taken a look at they make sure they send their management team within that same week. Clock Tower Village Apartments has so far been a good trade off to the sunny beaches of South Florida; its become my new home.

. We have a small patio in front of our apartment. We enjoy sitting there in the afternoons. We have met most of our while enjoying the weather outside. The maintainence people are available whenever we need them. They painted our livingroom a color to go with our furniture. They added a shelf in the garage to give us more storage. We have a garage as well as an additional parking space. We are within walking distance of several resturants, library, pharmacy, small general store and a park.

Just moved in to Clock Tower Village Apartment Homes and we are absolutely in love. On the second level we are privy to a nice patio overlooking our clubhouse that has 24 hour gym access with a jacuzzi and pool. Inside our new home we have a nice sized living area with a fireplace and a great kitchen. We love the quiet, safe neighborhood and all the amenities clock tower has to offer at an affordable price.

Clock tower village is a great complex! It is very well kept, has awesome staff, and is my home sweet home!
