The apartment is nice, it could use more kitchen storage. The grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. So far I like living here.

Great location, 3 blocks away from the Battery. Lived here for a while now. Safe community, clean property. I don’t like that they always change management and employees that work in the leasing office but overall satisfied. I wish they had a dog park as many tenants have dogs that live here but the pool, gym, tennis/pickle ball court and public garden makes up for it. The public laundry room is trash. Machines don’t work properly and have been that way for a while however, car wash on property and trash valet is super convenient.

Been a resident for 3 years. I have the best set of neighbors one can ask for. Property is clean and we're walking distance to the braves stadium, Cumberland mall and tons of attractions including restaurants. Staffing agents are amazing.

Amazing complex and very close to the battery. Only downside is maintenance is a tad slow but they are low on maintenance staff. Overall very happy with the complex.

I love the Staff. I think the upkeep of the halls can be better but other than that, I really have not had any major issues with living at Clover.

Everybody is super friendly but it takes way too long for service request to be completed. I waited over 3-4 months for items on my walk thru sheet to be completed. Came home from a trip one time to no water without any notice. Also a friends car got tagged for a tow after visiting for 4 hrs one day just because she had an out of state license plate on her car. We do not have visitors parking and there was no notice to sign in visitors but even more importantly it was only 4 hrs not days or weeks.

Nice location, cool neighbors every one works and have lives so not to much noisy people. Maintenance energy could be better and also cleaning of pool more frequently and keeping up with broken amenities

Overall good, my only big issue was not having a washer/dryer unit for a month after move-in. Valet service I am not a fan of as neighbors leave out trash that leaks often and tends to stink up the units. Amenities are decent, there is no grill at the pool which I thought was included.

I’ve been a resident for almost a year. The staff is friendly., helpful and courteous. The only problem I have are the bugs (roaches). I don’t see them often, but I would prefer not to see them at all. Other than that I’m satisfied with my place.

I used to live here for 4 years under fantastic management. That was before the new management came now for the second time in a year, I’ve had a catastrophe that they didn’t bother to even address. I was out of a toilet and water for over a week in January and nobody came to help. Now there’s water coming out under a wall and my kitchen and living room are flooded. I’ve called them multiple times left multiple messages. I’ve also called them. The emergency maintenance people not one callback and nobody’s coming to check if you want to live in a beautiful community were maintenance takes you seriously, don’t move here. I plan on making my list to get out of this hell hole.

Great place to live. Quite and peaceful that is located in a central position
They do not care about their residents - they care only about signing new ones. Maintenance requests are ignored. The gates are constantly breaking. apartments are full of roaches. The pipes in my building make this ticking popping noise that wakes me up whenever an upstairs neighbor takes a late shower. Don't make the same mistake I did.
I have had the worst experience at Hudson Ridge with the manager and getting my maintenance requests completed. When I started my lease in February, I was very excited about the area, competitive pricing for the location, and great office staff. However, it is very hard to stay excited about where you live when the AC in your apartment hasn’t worked for over a month. I initially put in a request for AC maintenance 5/1/22. It took them over a week and a half to address the concern, which did not solve the problem. Since then, I have had 5 additional work orders that I or someone in the office submitted. When I met the manager in the office halfway through this process, she informed me that they work first come first serve and would get to me when they could. It appears that even if the problem isn’t fixed, you must resubmit your request and go back to the bottom of the list. I have written emails expressing my concerns to the manager and have not received a single response back. I am now 45 days without AC - aside from a few days where their band aid fixes worked. Many of their AC units are over 20 years old yet they continue to do the minimum without fixing the problem. I am now paying a lot of money to live uncomfortably in my own apartment or stay with someone else. If I am lucky my apartment reaches down to 75 degrees. However, since the temperatures this week have been in the 90’s with nights averaging 75 degrees, my apartment typically stays at 77 and above. Aside from the AC issues, their gates always seem to be broken and one of the wash bays has been out of order for months. I am disappointed to have to start looking at new apartments, but this is unacceptable. I would caution anyone signing a lease here unless they figure out their maintenance issues and communication to the office.

Hudson Ridge is a wonderful place to live overall. I have been a resident for almost 3 years and have only run into maintenance issues, all of which were fixable. I’d definitely recommend this community.
At the beginning I was so pleased and excited but since I moved in its been a living nightmare. I would not recommend this community to absolutely nobody! I can not wait until my lease is up!
As a resident for over twelve years , I am completely satisfied with my new renovated apartment and the reasonable monthly lease terms.

In general, my overall renting experience with HR is better than average. The property is conveniently located and the grounds are well kept. The leasing staff overall is professional.
The best management team you could ever ask for. When management is great then its much easier to get help when its needed
This place is quiet and such a nice place to stay. I am hoping to renew my lease. However, prices are increasing during Covid and its not looking like the market prices will decrease back to their pre Covid prices. I will be sadden if the prices doesnt go back down before my lease is up.

Hudson Ridge is a great place to live. Quiet and kept up very well. Staff are very friendly, any concerns are immediately addressed and they take care of the place. Maintenance are always on point as well!

We have enjoyed living at Hudson Ridge for over 4 years. The staff is always friendly and maintenance is always completed timely. All complexes have little issues, but Hudson Ridge resolves things quickly. The community is pretty and quiet.
I have lived at Hudson Ridge for the past 19 years. The year 2021 has been the worst living experience of my life. For the last 4 and 1/2 months, I have had a problem with excessive noise coming from the apartment above mine. I have complained about the excessive noise 14 times over the past 4 and 1/2 months. The courtesy officer has been completely worthless with regards to resolving the issue. The property manager's methods have been ineffective. The property manager must care more about keeping apartments occupied with people paying their rent; she does not care as much about the health and well-being of the residents. As a last resort, I will be hiring a lawyer to take legal action against Hudson Ridge for failing to provide me with an environment to get an adequate amount of sleep. If you need to get more than 4 hours of sleep per night, do not consider living at Hudson Ridge.

I think this is one of the best places I have rent from. Me coming from the DMV area leaving my house behind has been somewhat of an adjustment. Unexpectedly it kind of feels the same since the first visit with Kala showing us the townhouse we got. Which was shockingly so spacious and up to date, definitely made the right decision.I really do love this place very professional and clean, well kept and on point.

Hudson Ridge is a quiet community with a great location. Apartments are nice and updated with newer features. It's a hidden gem on Windy Ridge Parkway.
Erica is an awesome manager for this property. She is always there to help .She is very easy to deal with.
