Property Ratings at Cloverly Park Apartments
I've been living here for a while and I've noticed a significant decline in maintenance of the place. the hallways and other common areas appear to not be getting vacuumed or cleaned. the fitness equipment doesn't work properly and there are appliances frequently left in exit areas for days at times. I appears that the maintenance team is understaffed and could use a few more members to maintain the building. Additionally, the communication with building residents about incidents or larger maintenance efforts is not great. They recently installed new front doors and carpeting and the front of the building was out of commission and they didn't send communication to building residents. They only notified us after the locks were changed. It's very disappointing because I initially moved here because of the good reviews.
I love Cloverly apartments this place is a very nice place to stay I have been here for 3 years; management is wonderful I love my studio apartment. This place has no rodents thank God for that. Everyone is friendly here I have really no complaints.
There have been dog attacks on property and a local drug dealer with multiple pitbulls has attacked other dogs and residents. Some of the residents have cleaned and gutted chickens outside of the building. There is black mold in the building, the appliances are old, moldy and the dishwashers are so old the are not mounted in the kitchen cabinets and fall on the residents. I am the mother of a student living there from out of state. It is not safe for single women, students and humans in general. This building isn't managed well at all. Do not rent from here.
I lived at Cloverly Park Apartments for a little over one year. Very nice customer service and management staff. Maintenance was always helpful and on time. Very close to train stations and the bus stop is on the corner. I would live there again. In-unit washer and dryer and updated appliances. I only had two major issues that were not really reflective of the management. First, the walls are very thin and the units are very close to each other. So you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Second, limited parking space. I would encourage you to rent a parking spot offered by management if any are available. Otherwise, you won't find parking on the street after 6 pm. Great place overall.
Cloverly Park is a really nice, quiet building, with an excellent management staff. Incredibly accessible and super friendly on-site management is rare! The building is VERY convenient, walking distance to Jefferson-Philadelphia University as well as Drexel SOM, and a short walk to the Queen Lane train station. The new gym and lounge space is really a great addition. There are a few apartment buildings in this neighborhood, but by far, Cloverly is the best. Affordable, small, quiet, well-managed and the units are lovely! LOTS of natural light, beautiful oak floors and upgraded bathrooms. Lots of closet space, too!

Can't say enough great things about Cloverly Park! Taylor (the office manager) has always been quick to respond and maintenance is quick to take care of any issues. It's a beautiful building and the apartments are well-cared for with very modern touches. The gym was a great addition and was close to the train for easy access to the city. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for reviewing our property! We appreciate the kind words and are extremely happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay here at Cloverly Park! Thank you! -Cloverly Park Management
I have been living at Cloverly Park for almost six months now and I have zero complaints. I was lucky enough to get a corner unit so I have tons of natural light. Everything is updated and extremely modern. Granite counter tops, hard wood floors, dark wood cabinets, huge washer/dryer in unit along with a dishwasher. I have never felt unsafe and I love being so close to the train, Manaynunk ect. A lot of the other properties in the area showcase the amenities like pools or gyms. Though amenities are nice and we do have a great gym for our four floor building, to me its the top notch living space that this place offers. **Knock on wood but I haven't seen any pests since I moved in, mice, bugs ect. either**

I have been a resident since April of 2017 and have had a leaking ceiling problem (coming from the roof, I'm on the top floor) since I have been here that has not been fixed!!

The newly renovated building is exceptional, with new kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, and white crown molding all the way through. It's modern with a historic feel. I really enjoy the location, without being smack dab in the middle of the city, you get the luxury of all of the amenities around town without the stress and hustle and bustle. The Cloverly Park is right outside your doorstep and the Wissahickon River and Trails is literally a 5 minute drive. There a little cultural hubs all around for great dining, shops, and nightlight activity including Manayank, Chestnut Hill, Fishtown, and of course if you wanted to head into the city it's only a quick drive or train ride. There are multiple train stations all around the apartment. The apartment is pet friendly and accommodates my Shepherd Malamute. Everyone in the building is respectful, there are never any disruptions. Our apartment handyman Jason, is extremely helpful.
