Property Ratings at Club at Charter Pointe
Maintenance is so fast, the management is clear and concise in their communication and it’s right across from an awesome park—which is perfect for me! I’m going on two years here now! :):)
I love it here!! Been here 4 years nows not one problem and neighbors are great!! Maintenance are very dependable!! I plan on staying a few more years as well. The environment is so friendly and peaceful and the park across the street is so beautiful. A library down the street an gym as well is so convenient. I appreciate the college being near as well. Several major grocery stores in our locations. So being in these wonderful apartments benefited me in so many ways I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. So I'm grateful and thankful to be here.
The grounds are kept clean and the pond scenery is beautiful. The staff are pleasant, professional and helpful (especially Marie). Any issue with apartment has been addressed swiftly by friendly maintenance staff. The location is nice with a trail and dock on the St. John’s River is right around the corner.
Excellent staff great area close to everything you can can think of
I lived here for a few years, I like the area and management.
I’ve lived here since September 2021 and I’ve had zero problems here. My maintenance request always gets fixed and I love the staff here
I love my apartment. The location is convenient and gives a lot of value, and the staff is always really timely and attentive. Bree in the office is so pleasant and Will with maintenance is very professional. Have never waited long at all to have minor maintenance issues addressed.
The leasing office was always super rude. Maintenance was never available and were also rude. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Gunshots. Horrible neighbors. Don’t live here. NASTY management and property.
I loved in as soon as the pandemic started at the end of june 2020. Someone is always at the office and answering phone calls. Maintenance always came and did their job when I called. I haven't had any issues with management. Trash is always picked up. Kid and pet friendly. Its very quiet and no issues with neighbors. I'm renewing my lease for 7 more months.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ever since the last owner left, the office is always closed. The new owner is irresponsible. The pool is always filthy, the never pay the trash truck to dump the dumpsters and they have bed bugs, roaches,AND gnat infections. I moved in and I instantly noticed the same night there was mold and mildew. It isn't safe to live in. It takes maintenance FOREVER to arrive. The windows are unsturdy, my two year old child almost fell out of my closed and "sealed" window, thank god I caught her. I complained to the apartment manager, his assistant told me it will take TWO MONTHS to fix. There is so much more problems to complain about. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
these gated with a pool but apartments are either hit or miss and this is a miss for me they are nice to rent just don't live o n the bottom floor the creaking the comes from upstairs will wake you out your sleep and the electrical is outdated. it's nice for the price but k won't renew my lease
Under the recent management change, the quality of tenant has improved. Management seems very particular about who they allow to move in around our children and families. Good to know that someone is looking for quality and not just numbers. The pool, however remains a problem as the next community over (they come in through a missing fence) walk the property, use it and vandalized it regularly. Lately, it is too dirty or too crowded to enjoy because of this.
I have lived here for 2 years. The first year was tolerable then the apartment complex was sold and new management took over. The new "managment" is the worst I've seen they are rude and very unfriendly. The inside is the pits. The floor moldings are just a stroke of the paint brush. The kitchens has one drawer and VERY limited counter space and cupboards. They say they have a tennis court but it unusable as it has not been taken care of at all. It is falling apart. The roads are the same way. The speed bumps are way too big. I can barely drive over them with out d and scraping the bottom of my car. The handicap parking by the office is a joke. The only kind of car that can fit there is a smart car. They did it that way so they can park their golf cart right by the front door and not have to walk far. The maintenance team are nice and polite. But have a hard time completing some tasks. Management closed the pool because the city inspector said it was unsafe due to it being outdated. When I walked over to the office I talked to the manager and she said it will be fixed tomorrow. I guess I should have asked what tomorrow because it was a week later that they opened it back up. All they had to do was fix the grates at the bottom one of the pools but still closed both of them. There are always cops around arresting people. There was some drugs found on the grounds and it was taken to the manager and she said "what do you want me to do about that. It's not my problem." The creek they have is very nasty. Always full of trash flouting in it. They only have one dumpster for the whole place and always over full so trash is all over the place. They say its gated but that is only at night IF they remember to shut the gates or if they are actually working. 99% of the time the gates are open. So my best advice is don't rent here.
When every anything is wrong they are prompt in getting things corrected and satisfying. With TWO POOLS, A GYM, GATED FENCES with swipe passes, and great management. Its easy for me to enjoy my time here while I finish my associates degree. When I feel like relaxing I can open my dining room vertical blinds and enjoy the pond and ducks as they walk pass, or just do my laundry with the washer and dryer hook up.
Good apartments, the outdoor space is great theres plenty of room with a pool n a pond. Plus ur super close to the pier n golf course.
nice apartments very large and spacious. The maintenance team is great and fast always come when you call. the neighborhood is quiet have a pond u can relax at and feed geese and duck whenever they are around, I recommend this community all the way reasonable price and gated for your kids.
