Club at Danforth

I went in to look at these apartments and decided to choose this apartment due to the cleanliness and affordability. When I spoke to the staff they were helpful and very nice.

My lease with the Club at Danforth ended October 31st, 2021. Following the end of my lease was a Conservice Utility Bill stating I was due to be refunded $237.01 of my $400.00 security deposit. My Georgia mailing address was provided prior to end of my lease so they knew where to mail the check. However, 30 days following the end of my lease I still had not received my refund to the Georgia address. After the new year I called the front desk to notify them that the check was never received to the GA address. I also gave them my new Florida address hoping to finally receive the check in a more timely manner since it had now been well over two months since I moved out. I spoke to a young man who confirmed that check was apparently sent out but never cashed. (If the check was "sent out" but never cashed that obviously means a person did not receive it). During the phone call I provided him with my Florida address and patiently waited another few months. MONTHS! On April 18th, I visited the Club at Danforth and spoke with a young man. I told him what I just mentioned above and he assured me I would be taken care of. I again gave him the SAME Florida address. By May 6th, 2022 I had still HAD NOT received my deposit refund check. Remember, my lease ended October 31st, 2021. It was now May 6th, 2022. That is SIX WHOLE MONTHS of waiting on $237.01. On this day, for the third time in SIX months, I emailed Danforth staff to inform them of how I had not received the money they owed me. The manager emailed me confirming that she was aware of my having a new FL address that I had provided back in April. 14 days pass and still nothing. The day is now 20 May, 2022. I speak to J****** and the manager and she emails me after the phone conversation stating the check has been generated and was sent with tracking but I will probably receive the check before I get the tracking number...? How does that even makes sense? it doesn't!

I toured all of the properties under the management company that owns this apartment complex and chose to go with this one because Aaliyah was amazing. She really made this place feel like home before I ever even moved in. I felt it was a very personalized experience. Her and Mandy have already done so much for me to help me through this entire thing so that I was 1000% satisfied with my place. My neighbors have been nice, the community is small and quiet, and I’ve spoken to every single staff member and have been more than impressed with how kind they all are to me. Especially in comparison to my last home I lived in. I have a family member looking to move in here now too!

Maintenance is probably the best I have ever had at an apartment. Mandy Felicia and Aliyah have a lot of energy in that office and always help me out. Sometimes I just stop by to say hi. We hope the renovation speeds up though.. I'd love to work from the clubhouse

My hubby and I recently toured here with Felishia and she was wonderful! She provided us with plenty of information about the property and surrounding community, as well as the application process. She reassured us of all our questions and concerns before applying as we are selling our home and haven’t leased in years. We were sold before we even left the office to tour the model. Our experience with Felishia was just the cherry on top! The property is quiet, peaceful, CLEAN and exactly what we’re looking for. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and seem to have established a great relationship with their residents. We can’t wait to call The Club at Danforth home!

Despite coming in for a scheduled tour during their club house renovations, which left us waiting for more than an hour for our tour, we ended up falling in love with this property. It is well maintained, clean, and you can trust the images that they provide online of what you will get when coming here (this is something that you cannot say with most properties). Aaleyah was the ultimate difference maker that changed our whole perspective of this property after our long awaited tour. Moving to Jacksonville from the Tampa area, it really stuck out to us how she remained in constant communication with us and ensured that we got into a unit that fit our every need. Because of her and how the complex looked when we visited, we knew we picked the perfect place for our next home!

What a horrible staff. I had such a disaster of a tour with I believe the assistant manager only to never be followed up with about availability. The clubhouse was dirty and not a place I’d want to visit often. The property manager always seems to be late and leave early. Just a mess.

The amenities and surroundings makes it a friendly community for kids and younger people. The front desk staff was always aware and very helpful with me, specially Aliyah. Thanks !

I recently visited Club at Danforth in search of my new place to call home. I have to say I love the property, the location and most of all the leasing consultant that assisted me. Aaleyah was so professional, knowledgeable and sweet she definitely cares about your individual needs and how to accommodate you. When I’m ready to make my move Danforth is definitely the perfect place to make my home.

Aaleyah has always been so helpful from the moment I moved in and made my move in process so much more enjoyable and stress free! She has answered any questions I may have, and always goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with my new apartment. She’s always so pleasant to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in this apartment complex!!

The employees at the front were immensely helpful and I had a smooth transition of living because of their help. I am loving my new apartment!

I moved here after college for golf and there’s 2 golf courses right next door which makes living here super convenient for me! I enjoy living here since it’s pretty close to pretty much everything in town that I need. Anytime I’ve had an emergency in my apartment Jason has been out the same day I call. The girl in the leasing office Aaliyah has always been super friendly and will bring the packages to my door when I’m being lazy lol. Pretty quiet neighborhood..no complaints here!

I’ve lived here going on 2 years now since moving from Kentucky and everything’s been great. I can’t remember the original girls name who signed up but she was great. Being from a landlocked state it’s awesome being so close to the beach. Mandy was very understanding with a personal situation I had going on and Aliyah is always friendly anytime I’ve called. Definitely recommend living here beach life without beach prices!

Lived here years ago and moving back to Jacksonville soon. Always pleasently surprised with how beautiful the property is and how helpful the staff is. Had the please of speaking with Aiden on the phone and no doubt will I be moving back into Danforth!

Toured with Aiden a few weeks ago and wasnt quite sure moving from a home to an apartment was what I wanted. Very pleased with the unit I rented and how Aidan was not pushy or forceful in helping me make the decision. Great property and an even better leasing agent! Thanks for all the help Aiden, cant wait to move in!!

My experience with my leasing agent Cat has been fantastic! She has made the entire moving process so easy and relieved so much stress! I can't say enough great things about her and the Club at Danforth.

I moved in a week ago and the process was simple and smooth (much easier than other apartments I've rented in the Jacksonville area). My leasing agent, Cat, was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very accommodating. I was especially impressed with what seem to be brand new appliances and carpeting.

I recently moved into Danforth and my leasing agent Cat was great to work with. She worked with me from start to finished and made sure I was aware of all the small details in between. Was able to move in in less than a week.

I’ve lived at the club at Danforth for two years now and enjoyed the property the management and the maintenance staff was outstanding every time I had an issue maintenance came out and took care of it along with great customer service from the on-site management team I’d recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live also it’s close to everything you may need as far shopping.

I would not recommend living here. My roommate and I moved into the community in July 2017 into a newly renovated unit. The outside of the units are not great but we were told by the property manager that there were plans to redo the landscaping within the coming few months. The unit itself was great, had everything we were looking for and the perfect size for two people. Shortly after moving in we started noticing at least one live roach a day and sometimes multiple. Occasionally they would be dead but were mostly alive. We contacted the office multiple times and they scheduled for our apartment to be sprayed every Monday. After two months in the apartment and after having multiple things done to stop the bugs (roach traps laid, apartment sprayed, weather strip on door replaced) the problem only grew worse. We even had a roach on our toothbrush and pillow at one point. The apartment complex admitted they had a problem. Danielle in the front office even stated during one conversation that the pest control company "sucked hundred of them out of the vents" in our building. We Went around for a few weeks with the property manager and office and at this point we were not living in the apartment, the property manager did end up doing the right thing and refunding our last months rent but I would use caution if interested in this complex.

A lot of noise in the parking lot at night. Loud music, people yelling, sometimes drinking. It's miserable...

The parking here is really a problem. I paid extra for a garage but people parked I front of it and it became more of a problem. Management does not seem to concerned with this. My biggest problem is that when I moved in they said they world never raise the rent more than $20. It has been raised $40 every year. The apartment is quiet and I like my space but I will not be renewing this year.

There are good and bad things to living at Arium Danforth. I've lived here for 6 years. The good: It's the quietest apartment I've ever lived in. There's only been a couple problems with noise and it was taken care of quickly. I love my actual apartment. It is large with vaulted ceilings but also cozy. It's a small community, which is very nice. The bad: Parking here is a serious problem. My car was hit in the lot due to people cramming their cars together and making up parking spots. I was also not comfortable hiking across the complex at night if I got home late from work. Management's solution is rent a garage for additional cost. The problem with this is people park in front of the garages and my car was regularly blocked it. Management did not do much to fix this. After my garage breaking, my car being stuck in it, and four attempts to fix the garage I gave up and I'm back to batteling the parking lot. There is a constant turn over of management and I have not found them to be very helpful. When I first moved into Arium Danforth I felt like I was getting a great deal and management told me they never raise the rent more than $20 a year. This was an outright lie. 6 years later I'm paying $300 more a month that when I first moved in here. That's definitely more than a $20 increased. It's an ok place but I'll be leaving when this lease is up.

Moved to the complex a couple of months ago and have been happy so far. Two bedroom is comfortable for 2 and a couple of large dogs. In general, there is ample storage space, but it does lack kitchen storage. Plenty of amenities (pool; gym; racketball, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts). Bugs have not been a big issue (there are some but this is Florida). Parking is a little bit of a hassle some times but it is not any more than any other complex.

maintenance doesn't do anything except for taking a gate away that was an amenity you pay for. Not worth the money.
