Property Ratings at Club Pacifica Apartment Homes
We have lived here in a 2 bed, 2 bath for about 12 years or so and our apartment looks nothing like these. Last summer the pool and hot tub were drained so nobody could swim during the summer. The gates are all broken and the speed bumps are over the top. Honestly it’s not that bad (no noisy neighbors, no pests) but it’s not as great as it seems in the pictures.
