I have been a resident at Club Valencia for about 3 months and I am already excited to renew my lease for another 12 months. Club Valencia has the best staff and they are extremely helpful. I have interacted with many of them during my time to pick up packages, request maintenance or if I have any questions. They are always friendly and willing to assist. The complex is situated in a very calm and friendly neighborhood just off the main street of Peoria where there’s all the restaurants and shopping you can want. I personally love that it is very close to a Target. There is also a nice park just a block away with a beautiful grassy area and a playground. The complex itself is a beautiful gated community. There is a sparkling pool and hot tub as well as an awesome clubhouse! There’s also a great fitness center that is open 24 hours. I personally enjoy working out in the evening after work so it is lovely that I get to use it on my schedule unlike other apartment communities. The apartments are layed out very well with each unit having at least one patio/balcony. They all come with great appliances and a couple extra luxury bonuses such as a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer! The community is quiet but they do partner with a security team to ensure that the evenings are quiet and safe as well. I have never felt unsafe in this community and it has been lovely. The team hosts events which are lovely for the apartment community. Just recently, they hosted a gift wrapping station and a hot chocolate station for the holidays. I spent the holidays away from my family this year and it was nice to be able to wrap my presents for my close friends and grab a hot chocolate complete with crushed candy canes and whipped cream, to feel the sense of the holiday spirit. Overall - I love Club Valencia. I have lived in three states and multiple cities and this is the first apartment community that has felt like a home. I am a very happy resident and I am looking forward to many more months at Club Valencia.

I moved into this community October of 2020 and am on my second lease currently. In that time I've had a few major issues that maintenance has had to resolve. When they've arisen maintenance has been on top of them quickly and completed them so they did not recur. Grounds are kept quite nice, and the interior of the apartments are quite spacious. Overall between the apartment itself and the staff Club Valencia is great, the only reason I can for see moving out would be if I were to purchase a home.

Club Valencia has proven to be an excellent place to put down roots, my fiance and I love it here. The apartment is beautiful, the pool is well maintained and the office staff are kind and helpful.

Club Valencia is a nice small property but I just moved into these apartments and my door is busted. From past experience I can tell someone broke into this unit prior to me. Why wouldn’t they resolve this issue before I moved in? Doors striker has to be pushed in every single time I open the door. No way you can miss this. There is multiple things missed in my unit that need attention I haven’t mentioned but not as important as the door. Poor experience. Not happy. Unacceptable. Standards aren’t being met imagine all the other things. I wonder. Office acted clueless when I brought it up to them. They had a vendor come out 4 days after move in to grab measurements for the door. Another week or two? No idea? Office doesn’t communicate until you start complaining. Good luck!

they are trying to charge to self tour the apartment. who does that? you make an appointment and they don't reply and when you finally get in contact with someone they seem uneducated about their own property. beware of money grubbers and ignorance.

No screens on the windows or patios doors. I moved in and tried to have A nice breeze in my apartment only to be bothered by a ton of bees a flies that come in because no window has a screen. If you have a young child forget about having the window open on the second floor. No safety at all. Also, NO recycling offered. This bothers me a lot, as I have had to write a few reviews. But if anyone cares about this as I do I would not sign a lease here unless these two things are changed.

I visited about five different apartments today and Club Valencia by far had the best costumer service. Dayana and Laura answered every single one of my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. They were very friendly and extremely professional.

Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews on here. Maintenance is slow(week late). They leave notices of inspection on your door and never show. The pool and gym is closed 80% of the time. The staff is rude and seem like they love power trips and food a LOT. Been here a year. Seen multiple people come and go. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The management harrases and belittles people with useless notices and warning of fines with notes that you can tell are hand typed for you. It's very weird.

I have been living here at Club Valencia for going into my 3rd year now. The complex is close to all my favorite places, the office staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue and do what they can to make life just that much easier. It's nice to see that the pool and jacuzzi are being redone also! Can't wait to get back in the water! My neighbors are quiet and friendly, the complex is clean and well kept. Only issue I have is people not picking up after their pets and the back gate continually malfunctions. Otherwise, I love calling Club Valencia home! Thanks for making this complex as nice as it is. My husband and I moved in 6 months ago and love this place. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are handling quickly. We recently had an issue with our washer and dryer and it was replaced with a brand new one! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We rented here from March 2018-August 2018 based on online pictures and my mother going to visit. We rented on the minimum 6 month lease. We asked multiple times if there were roaches and were told no. They only show you a model which didn't match the apt we lived in. The night we moved to Phoenix and looked at our new apt, we found dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets. We talked to Patty the next day (not face to face-she wouldn't face us) and she only offered for us to move to another apt in the same building without letting us see it first. She wouldn't let us out of our lease. We moved in the apt (after they cleaned out the dead roaches) and tried to make the best of it. We had two missing screen doors. They replaced one and never replaced the other in our entire 6 months of living there even with reminders. The air conditioning was so loud and dirty. The new washer and dryer was beyond loud it would startle me when it went off. The apt next door to us was vacant but never cleaned out after the tenant left so there were around 100 flies in the window, and I can only imagine what else was in there. The flies left after a month when they finally cleaned out the vacant apt. Then the living roaches surfaced in our apt. We saw them even with pest control coming out as much as we asked. I never wanted to spray inside my apt, but we did to prevent the roaches which didn't work. It was disgusting. The basketball courts are missing hoops and have cracks in it. The pool table is scratched up and there was one stick that worked. The security gate only was locked and active 3 out of the 6 months of living there. The pool was closed quite a bit over the summer. Just a very disappointing experience and a place I would NEVER recommend to live in. The buildings are old and there must be roaches in the pipes. DISGUSTING.

The office staff are EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly & always treat you like they’re better than you. I’m lived at many apartment communities but this is the worst I’ve ever been treated. The apartments themselves are are not worth the OVERLY PRICED rent. I personally can not wait until my lease is up so I can leave this dump. Don’t waste your time here.

I gave a $150 holding fee for a downstairs unit. Before my move in date they rented out my assigned downstairs unit to someone else. And offered me a upstairs unit in another part of the complex. Why charge the public for a holding fee if they can take the money and give you another unit because they decide to rent your unit out. I don't want a upstairs unit. The holding fee is a scam. Nothing is on hold. Don't give them any hold fee money you won't see it again and management won't refund it.

Worst place to live in infested with baby roaches! Staff is unfriendly and rude. Domestic violence in the building next to us we can hear it like if we are in that apartment. Drug dealers live 2 buildings away from us caught one of them handing a 5 years old a pipe of I don't know what! Called the cops but they never came and staff did nothing! Reeks of mold! My neighbors and their top neighbors had bed bugs! Bad neighborhood even though it is gated they are never closed.

I moved here from the east coast and couldn't be more happy. Everything is close by. Grocery, restaurants a mall. Target is next door-this makes my life a lot easier. My apartment is beautiful and the property is kept impeccable. Thanks to the staff for making my living experience so enjoyable.

Management is very unfriendlyfor most part The model appt shows things you don't have in your apt Refrigerator went out food spoiled but didn't care but still wanted money Moving out asked for one additional day due to getting time ofd they refused They do not care about you and talk down to you as if they're doing you a favor instead of tasting you like the ones making their paycheck

I move here 2 1/2 years ago. It is under new management which turn this place into a lovely place. People in the office are very helpful and nice. They have renovated the apartments beautifully. In general the neighbor keep to themselves and are very nice and respectful. It's close to bus and shopping along with quick access to I-17.

A average 850 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom that has been minimally upgraded but still more upgrades like new A/C units and new screens on sliding doors and windows.
