Great Apartment & Location
The apartment & location are awesome. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Both admin and maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. Very close to 57 and 91 highways. I loved living here the past 5 years!

This is an excellent apartment community. Friendly administration and maintenance. Location is close to shopping, schools, banking and more! Great for pets and kids.

Great apartments! Great administration!
We have lived here for a bit more than a year. We needed a pet-friendly environment and a family-oriented place to live. That is what we found. Our first, one bedroom, apartment here began to feel small and instead of moving to another apartment complex, we preferred staying here and moving to a two bedroom because we love it! The administration loves pets, are very attentive and they have an excellent 24/7 maintainance service. If you have pets, and even if you do not, this is a great place to live.

Bad
Moved in lived here 2 months and was told children can not ride bikes in parking lot. No areas for children to play. When I complained I was told I could move out. Office staff rude Not child friendly at all!!!! Can't wait to move. Apt old laundry is terrible. Dog above me barks and try's to dig out of its cage all day, again when I complained they told me to move but would not let me out of the lease.

Moved into coach light in March, took 4 hours to get approved for apartment Friendly management staff Newly painted units Pets allowed Downside laundry is in only a couple buildings so may have to go 2-3 buildings from your unit
