I've lived here for 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, the staff is very polite and responsive. The maintenance team is great. Service calls are always attended to quickly and efficiently. The staff and also contract staff are always nice and extremely respectful to me and my home. Although times are not like they use to be, overall I feel safe coming home and leaving my apartment. The location is great and convenient and meets the needs of my family.

It’s not an bad area. It’s comfortable living. I just wish there were upgrades to the units for the amount we pay monthly. Rent increases but the maintenance and upgrades do not show for it. Cabinets, carpets and appliances are outdated. Units have gotten one too many paint jobs where it just starts to peel.

The living room has great space when u first walk in. The carpet is a great choice it is very comfortable for the apartment. The bedrooms has a much space as possible also the closet space is very durable.

Been here almost 4yrs nice lay out I live on back side so pretty quiet no kids on my side the issue I have is the residents make there own walk paths which they pass right in front of my patio area all times of the day and through out the night and early morning hours not cool I did mention this to management maintenance to see if it can be blocked off! No luck with that so much pedestrian traffic the grass around my place is horrible! Brown dirt path! While everyone else has green grass not fair considering the amount of rent I pay each month speaking on rent they increase my rent by 200.00 dollars! As of now there are about 4 empty apartments just around me there are no common areas for the children they play in the parking area cars coming in and out very dangerous although management will tell u the nearest community area is about 5miles away really! The garbage area nasty not kept clean there are people who don't live here park and smoke that stuff and do other things not kool

The apartment was very clean and appropriate. Very happy with everything. The rooms were very spacious and both with walk-in closets. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen. Also plenty of cabinets.

I received no responses to issues with neighbors leaving dog poop all over the place. Cars no longer have parking stickers and so parking is difficult because so many people have numerous cars. Rent increases but the services have gone down since we moved in. Not worth the rent for the space but that is typical in this area. Don’t expect help if you are having issues with problem renters.

I just moved in and my experience has been good overall. The community is maintained and quiet. The neighbors are very nice. You have great access to all the major roads and stores are 5-10 mins away. Only negative so far is when moving in the cleaning wasn’t as thorough as it needed to be. But the staff did jump into action to correct it which I appreciate.

We told the leasing agent we were looking for a modern apartment so she brought us to Coachmans Apt.. First thing is that it isn't at all modern. The second thing is it smelled really awful in the model apartment that was shown. Hopefully the agent also noticed the smell and had someone clean or shampoo the carpets and put air freshners in that place.
