The management changes every 30 days seems like it. They lie to you once they get your money. There’s roaches and ants!! DONT COME HERE my family(4) was lied to about a transfer that was supposed to be in July and it’s December and they are still LYING & avoiding us. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The pictures are full of LIES. Management turns around every 3 months. There is always an excuse as to why your orders didn't get addressed. If it's not an emergency in their eyes .. IT. WILL.NEVER. GET. DONE.. they close work orders without actually addressing the situation. When you ask why ... it's always "That person no longer works here." HORRIBLE. DON'T DO IT. RUN!!!!!!!!!

I was told I need be patient because there is only one staff for maintenance after I submitted two requests and talked to the staff for three times. the first requested sent out 16 days ago. also if you want to see trash bags floating on the water, this is the place to come. and everyone is charged $40 for trash fee...

I have only lived here for a few months and have had nothing but problems. Do not move here if you expect to be shown any respect, they will not help you out or do what you need of them unless you basically harass them. Not lenient with rent at all or treat you like a human if emergencies arise.

If you want to live next to neighbors who smoke marijuana all day and night that makes your entire apartment smell disgusting than Crescent Ridge is the place for you. Apartment complex is run down and falling apartment. At least 4 property managers in the past 12 months. Maintenance completely ignores request. Worst apartment I ever lived in.
For the price, you can’t get better than this. My apartment is huge. I’m also close to everything. Maintenance responds quickly.

They want to increase the rent but doesn't want to fix anything!! When we moved in windows didn't had screens and it took 5 months to install them. My mailbox is fucked up and it had been few months and maintenance doesn't want to fix it and they are playing blaming games... if you open a maintenance request and it suppose to fix within 24hr or 48 hr and if you go and ask about it good luck with that because they will give all the bs stories in the world and bunch of mouth of words. It will get fix but it would take few months so if you don't want to suffer this type of headache please don't rent here!!

Exactly a year ago we were rented a apartment with a broken AC. Our first two weeks in this apartment were what nightmares are made of and these last few weeks of the year are the exact same For almost 12 months we have lived in a 80-88+ degree apartment, both apartment management companies have done nothing….never came to inspect the problem but the head maintenance guy has been over here around 15-17 times, no AC company has come ONCE and never provided us with a window AC unit like most places would do Avoid places like this, esp if they won’t let you see (and feel) the exact apartment you are going to rent

Been a resident for a few years and since the new Community Manager has arrived, I can not be more pleased with Crescent Ridge. The property is clean as it's ever been, the staff is friendly, and my service request are handled promptly. Such a huge difference. I am once again a happy resident of CR.
´m affraid I am not comfortable. I HAVE BEEN 5 MONTHS LIVING BETWEEN COCKROACHES AND CHIRIPAS. THE ROOMS DO NOT BRING LIGHTING. YOU MUST BUY IT AND INSTALL IT. SOME ELECTRICAL OUTLETS NOT WORK. THE AIR AND THE DUCTS ARE DIRTY. THE CARPET USED AND WITH DETAILS. THE KITCHEN CABINETS TOO OLD. THE BATHROOM IN 3 DAYS LOSE THE PAINT AND THEIR APPEARANCE IS DIRTY AND OLD, EVEN IF YOU CLEAN IT EVERY DAY. JUST CLUB HOUSE AND STAFF VERY GOOD. It's my first time renting a residence in this country and I really had no luck. Just the lobby is nice. The hurry and the inexperience led me to rent in this condominium, but we'll move on. Serves as an experience. For the next year I will take an electric tester and other tools to check everything. Through the networks. NOT RECOMMENDING RENT HERE!!!!!!!

These apartments are old and horrible. The maintenance sucks. I have constantly had problems with my air conditioning and the problem has not been fixed. They just keep putting a bandage over it trying to hold us over. They say the appliances are new but they are not. These apartments are not worth the price at all. I have friends that live in better paying the same amount or less. There is a infestation problem that they can't fix because the building are so old. They repainted the buildings so badly my 5 year old daughter could've done better. I regret moving into this apartment. I want to save someone else the headache. I normally don't write reviews that's how you know it's bad.
This place has been terrible since the start. Not only would they not let me see me apartment until the day i moved in but i couldnt even move in on that day due the the immense amount of bugs. Ive been here 5 months and ive been soing my own pest control though ive been promised time and time again that im on the “list”.... The quality of the apartments itself is actually the exact opposite of luxury... Might as well be living in arlington in my opinion???????
I lived here for a year and it was the worst. The AC was broken most of the summer, the rent is outrageous, and management does not care about the upkeep of the apartments. There were ants all the time. I moved out as soon as I could.

While Management does a great job at continuing a facade of professionalism. They are honestly downright some of the rudest people I have ever talked to. They blatantly play hardball on defects in the apartments by placing blame on the tenants. They will attempt to accuse anyone on neglect of keeping up with the apartments to keep you on the lease if you want to vacate. Dirty and old, Repairs are done poorly, had leak in ceiling that caused black mold when we first moved in, leaks under kitchen and bathroom sink, leak in dishwasher and washing machine, tiny ants and spiders in each room, drainage problems in bathtubs, ac leak, mushrooms grew in our laundry room between base boards caused by a leak they didn't repair. They sprayed with bleach and painted over the mold as their way of taking care of the issue the mushrooms grew back the next few weeks.

Do not move here I've been here for 4 months & it's horrible... The stairs are filthy, the hallways are filthy... & maintenance is awful, I had to call cooperate because it took maintenance two weeks to send someone out for a non working smoke detectors that still isn't working & to fix my leaking sink.... I'm waiting for my lease to be up! I have ants everywhere, crawling on our bed & couches smh. We the residents pay entirely to much have poor management & maintenance

I had nothing but headaches when I moved in and they continue now that I have moved out. The apartments are old and gross. The appliances are so old they increase your utility bills. When I moved out they charged me fees totaling over 700 dollars. I disputed them several times and now find myself in collections. I have to now fight to have this taken off my credit report. Save yourself the headache
The apartments are old and appliances break all the time. They never fix anything. Just patch it up. And once you move out they will try to make you pay for damages that weren't yours and ignore you when you try to dispute them so they can sell your account to collections. This is a horrible place to live.
Wish I could post the pictures of our old nasty appliances. This so called luxury apartment complex is far from luxury quality. I have to hand wash and hand dry our dishes. The dishwasher is more used to sanitize.not all of our stove tops worked when we got here and n0w 3 out of 4 do. We recently called in a work order for our a/c unit not reaching below 80 degrees but when they came out they only replaced the filter and left without leaving us the workorder. It's still not going below 80 and our jea bill has gone up $40. On top of horrible quality appliances they got a new manager who has yet to respond to my emails. The manager Brittany we moved in with atleast made regular communication and tried her best to solve our inconveniances. This new palmer lady hasn't responded once. Don't waste your money here. As soon as our lease is up we are out!!! Hopefully with this post someone will fix our a.c unit or atleast send someone who knows what they are doing to Find out what's wrong.

I love the amenities, pool table, gym, grills, pools, the smalls dog area. Its a beautiful view of the lake from my porch. However, the front office changes management every few weeks so no one ever knows what's going on. When something happens management doesn't care that this is your home, its just a job and they brush you off. The apartments aren't even clean when you move in, mine was gross and I had to scrub it. Hands down the worst problem is the bugs. Not one kind, all kinds. Roaches, beetles, fleas, if you can name it, its crawling out of your light socket. They spray in some apartments but the overwhelming amount of bugs never goes away, I'm starting to think the foundation was built on bugs. I won't be renewing.
This apartment is old. I've lived here for 5 1/2 years. It's a great location. close to shopping, grocery stores and schools. The grounds are gorgeous with tall trees and lush green grass. The pool is sparkling and overlooks the lake.
