Conway Coastal Club
Coastal club is an excellent living option here in Conway, especially for Coastal Carolina students. Only one cross-walk away from campus, students can easily commute between home and school via car, bike, or by foot. Coastal Club is always well maintained and includes many modern facilities such as pool, tanning beds, and fitness rooms.

love it here!
Coastal Club is always well maintained, with very useful amenities. Apartment rooms are a perfect size with a decent size kitchen and living room as well. Very convenient location, being just a cross walk away from campus. Perfect for students who wish to walk or bike to class. Would defiantly recommend living here!

great
Coastal club is great! I lived here for about a year now and I resigned! Everyone has their own bedroom, bathroom and closet then share the kitchen and family room. It’s perfect because it’s so close to campus. If there’s any problems they normally fix it that day!

Coastal club
I have lived in coastal club for the past two years and have nothing but great experiences. Any time I have a problem with maintenance they have come to fix it right away. Management is very nice and works with any situation you may have and the front desk workers are very nice as well. The facility is clean and always has give ways for residents living there..

Coastal club is amazing.
I am a graduating senior at Coastal and I have lived there since I was a junior and never thought about leaving. I love the location so I can ride my bike to class every day. If I walk it’s a 5min walk to campus. The pool area is great as they just upgraded their chairs and the pool is always clean. The bedrooms are very spacious and you get a great size closet and bathroom. All in all a great apartment to live in. Highly recommend

Coastal club is a great place to live
I have lived here for 2 years and have not had any negatives about my time here. Maintenance comes so fast even if it’s the smallest thing that needs fixed.

Love love love coastal club!
I’ve lived in coastal club this entire semester and it absolutely amazing. The apartments are really nice and the complex is very clean and is quiet. The neighbors I’ve had were very respectful and the employees go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. Price is great! The pool is a good size and it’s never “rowdy”. Overall amazing place to live. I highly recommend it!

Coastal Club is the best!
I started living in Coastal Club January 2018 and I have since renewed twice. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are really nice and well-kept. I love that they're furnished even with a TV in the common room. I had my AC go out in the middle of the summer. It was horrible, but one of the maintenance guys brought me a portable AC unit. I felt like that was really above and beyond. When I broke my shelf from my fridge, maintenance brought a shop vac to clean up the glass at 5pm. By 10am the next morning, I had a new shelf. I feel very safe here even walking my dog at night. It's a great environment. I highly recommend it to any college student or young professional who wants an inexpensive, awesome place to live. Even though it's great here, the real reason I renewed was the staff. They have been so great!

The apartments are set up great that shares a 4 bedroom with their own shower in each rm. each room has a personal key. You share living rm, kitchen and small dining area. You have a balcony with a view, depending on your location. The complex area has a swimming pool, a hangout with pool tables, a computer rm to do your school work which is great ?? it’s suitable for a college student with an affordable price ??

The apartments aren’t in great shape and it’s impossible to get your service requests acknowledged. Management ignores complaints, so if you live under someone noisy, oh well, it’s $300 to move apartments. Close to campus though and the pool is nice. Could be better, could be worse.

Don’t rent here
Don’t rent from these people. They change the lease without notice to existing tenants, the breezeways are NASTY. Internet is sporadic elevators also. For what they charge per month it should be immaculate. New management is no better than the old.
