Property Ratings at Coastline Cove
I submitted an application on April 6th, 2024 and paid the application fee of $65 plus the deposit of $200 to hold the apartment. I received my rental report back on April 10th, 2024. On April 15th, 2024 my application was approved and I received the next steps of signing up for renters insurance either through them or submitting in my own and the pet screening. I finish the pet screening first, but cannot finish the renters insurance without the address, which I assume one would get as soon as they have the lease ready to sign. I got emails on April 22nd and 24th for the online leasing invitation, however each time I logged in there was no lease to sign. I reached out by email asking how to proceed on April 24th and I get back some confusing, nonsense English email back. I then get a phone call that is also equally confusing. I am told that I applied for a tax credit apartment, and that I filled out the wrong application. No where on their website does it say anything about which apartments are tax credit (especially if you have no other available apartments at the time to compare price to), or what the maximum income limit is (again great information for those who are not from Florida), nor is it my fault their system gave me the wrong application. I was told it was no big deal, she would email me the application and the rest of the information that was needed. No email was ever sent. I send another follow up email requesting the information, and silence. So I call the next day, no one picks up the phone at this place. I call again and again and finally get someone. She claims she sent the email, but will send it again. Again I receive no email. I call again and again and again and no one picks up the phone. Then finally someone picks up and on April 29th I am told that my application was denied, after being approved. I am told that there was something in my credit report, but she didn’t know what exactly. I was told that the manager reached out to me about the denial and refunded my $200. I said that’s a lie because if someone had reached out to me they would have also been told that the card I used to pay the $200 was compromised and I had to get another card. She says they can send a check in that case. Later on that week I received a letter addressed to me from them, and inside is not a check but a denial letter FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and competency with this management team.

Coastline Cove apartment is one of the best places to live in the Daytona Beach area and you cant beat it's proximity to places from Ormond Beach to Port Orange. It is located right beside the I-4 and I-95 highway interchange and is close to Bucee's and the Tangier Outlets. On top of it all, it's pretty hard to beat their prices for a 1/1 compare to apartments in the surrounding area. I have been living here for about the past 2 years without many issues. At the front office, both Angelica and Marylissa are a pleasure to talk to and I have my questions answered in a timely manner. Every time I go to their office around 5:20-6:00pm, they are always ready to answer my few questions even as they are about to close their office at 6:00pm. They are willing to accommodate your requests as long as you truthfully tell them about your situations. My only minor issue is that the gym has been inaccessible for the past 4 months the card scanner to enter in has been broken (as far as I was told).
I have been living here for approximately 6 months and am completely satisfied with the community. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. My apartment is perfect for me. Management makes sure that the property is well cared for and any issues that have been raised have been addressed quickly and completely. I look forward to being here a long time.
The ladies in the office were very professional, in the time I spent there I got to see how the residents came in an interacted with them, it seemed like they all knew their resident's name, on my way out I asked someone outside if they lived there and how was it, and she had nothing but good things to say and she mentioned she has been living there for more than 7 years and was not planning on never moving out. I am submitting an application asap plus the price is the cheapest in the area.

I have lived at the complex for a year and a half now and just renewed my lease for another year due to the incredible new management. Jessica, Marylissa, and Angelica are exceptional and maintenance gets things completed! Although the rates did go up, with the convenience to restaurants and shopping, as well as the amenities offered I chose to call Coastline Cove home for another year!

I love living at Coastline Cove! The move-in process was super easy. I looked at other apartments around here and nothing compared to Coastline. The office staff is amazing as well as the maintenance team. Anything you need there are all there to help. They have awesome events for the residents so you can meet your neighbors.

Coastline Cove is to say the lest a great community their office staff and maintenance really made it feel like home without even signing the lease yet. Although their gate is not working at the moment they are working to get it fixed so that made me excited. I really like that it is a gated community and has a pond as well. and the pool is my new favorite spot to be at.

My friends were looking for an apartment so I decided to tag along, I ended up facetiming my girlfriend when we were on a tour with the leasing lady Marilissa and we both liked it. We are definitely going on another tour together and are most likely renting a two bedroom. International and One daytona is so close we can actually walk to restaurants and movies.

I chose Coastline because of it's great location. You can literally walk to the mall, and One Daytona. The Staff are very welcoming, Angelica and Heidii are the best. I've been here six months and I love it.
