The management team has been amazing and front desk people are very friendly. Overall, this feels like home and I never for a second regretted my choice. One minor setback is our maintenance team seems under-staffed and has not been able to get back to me quick enough.
Living here is pretty cool so far. Just been here for a week but looking forward to a great year. Love the amenities and the aesthetic of the place.

Advantage: The studio is huge. 24 hours doorman. The courier managed it well. Good soundproofing, beautiful and exquisite decoration. Disadvantages: Difficulty in drying clothes in the tumble dryer. The damaged dishwasher won't get the dishes cleaned. I'm sure the flat will help me fix it as soon as possible.

So far , everything has been good, although there is one thing I’d love to change with the monthly con service , Ill bring it up to management to see if there’s more option . Also the service request takes too long to be taken care of , I reported an issue with my apt almost 3 weeks ago and still no solution

The dog park being closed is a very big inconvenience. Other than that it’s been a lovely living space. Its a super clean and friendly atmosphere.

I moved to Cobalt Lofts earlier this year. It’s been 6 months already and I must say, I’ve had an overall good experience. Staff are well trained and well mannered, maintenance although they get very busy try to solve maintenance request promptly. Ive been here for 6 months and love it here. love the apartment and The common areas like the co-working space, the gym and the courtyard are super modern and extremely well kept. On top of that, the concierge, maintenance staff and leasing agents are super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend living here. 10/10! Amazing commmunity. Highly recommend

Wishing certain amenities were open later, or open at all. The dog park was a big selling point for us, but has been closed since we moved in. The rooftop was closed for a long time as well, but is now open! The staff are amazing, especially since there was a shift in concierge staffing and possibly training. Everyone I’ve seen has been great. I really enjoy living here!

I expected more attention related to inspection form. As a new resident we need make sure about all details and information. I tried meet a cobalt person but all times they are in tour. I am frustrated.

Everything is good, sometimes the staff are little ignorant and doesn’t care about amenities and surroundings of the buildings. Can do little better. It can get little messy during games days but next day maintenance can help little bit.

Staff amazing and helpful! Maintenance super responsive! Amenities are modern and seemingly always available! Not to mention the Tulu app makes things super accessible without having to buy a $300 vacuum or tools.

We have been so happy here thus far. We chose a building like this one because we were looking for a community. To build new friendships and feel a sense of belonging when we come home after a long day. In our first WEEK we went to a great wine tasting event and met a couple that we are now very good friends with. On Labor Day half of the building was at the pool grillin’ and chillin’ and it was so nice to feel like a part of that. The concierge and staff in the leasing office are always greeting you with a smile, welcoming you home. We love it here.

Great amenities, and a super responsive maintenance team! The one downside for those looking to rent a studio is that there are many appliances and lighting fixtures with lights that stay on at all times (such as clock displays and light switches) that make it difficult to sleep without an eye mask.

2B2B. The apartment has a large space and the facilities are very new. The walk-in closet is the most attractive thing for me, and the double door refrigerator is also very good. The living environment around is also great, except for the occasional sound of passing cars.

Living right next to the Red Bull Arena is a significant issue, specially in the summer months as traffic all around the area is impacted. Cobalt management perhaps can do nothing about this but they should make good faith disclosures to prospective tenants upfront and I don't understand why they build residential buildings right on top of a major sports arena that has no parking facilities to speak of.

The switch between Bozzuto and Greystar was not done well, and there were areas in which communication could have been executed better. As a result, the appearance makes it look like the company does not care about the resident experience.

Overall great experience living here. Front desk and maintenance team are terrific. All public amenities are running smoothly. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Cons: Terrible terrible traffic on game days since Red Bull arena is right next door. Occasionally on some weekday nights after 11pm, people were drinking/talking very loud in the green area between Cobalt Lofts and Steel Works. My apt faces the green area, thus I could hear every single word even with the window/door closed. Very annoying.

Neighborhood is horrible, noise level and traffic from Red Bull games is a huge inconvenience. The residents on our floor have no respect for garbage rooms, trash is always thrown on the floor where you have to step over it to get your bag down the shoot

Moved to our new apartment two weeks ago and we love this place! This place is even nicer than the fancy apartment we lived in the past 5 years in Jersey City which really is a pleasant surprise. Cobalt Lofts definitely exceeded our expectations in everyway. We especially love the Echo, and the pool. I, as the designated family cook, love the kitchen so much that I joked I will never move away from Cobalt Lofts. A few minor repairs needed after we moved in. After submitting service requests online, the service technician arrived super quickly and fixed everything. Now, we settled in nicely and very contents.

Cobalt is an amazing place to live. I feel very fortunate to live here. The building and amenities are exactly as pictured, and it is always maintained in excellent condition. There are constantly cleaning personnel maintaining the spaces like new. People are generally very friendly. I have never had an issue with any other residents or building management. Maintenance team is excellent. Location is great, only a short walk to the Path and everything you need is a short drive away. I would happily stay at Cobalt as long as I live in NJ.

The Lofts have great amenities such as pool a stellar gym and a rooftop to name a few. There are community events which allows one to meet your neighbors. The staff are professional and courteous

I have not moved in yet but I am so looking forward to it. My whole experience was amazing so far. I was on a time crunch to find an apartment, Francesca saved the day! She is a rock star! Very knowledgeable, professional and this has been the smoothest leasing experience I've ever had in my 5 years of renting. I highly recommend working with her. The building is meticulous, the concierge team is nice and I cannot wait to spend my time off in the amenity spaces. It's like luxury hotel living!
