If I could give a 0 I would. My family had roaches from day one...the small German roaches, management is poor and lazy, maintenance might as well not even be listed as something they offer, dog poop EVERYWHERE! If you like listening to loud music til 1am all the time for them to do nothing then this is the place for you!! My advice run!!!!!!

I give one star because I can't give a zero. Parking is horrible. Apt smells like cigarette from other apts around. Office employee don't care to help you with issues. They are very unprofessional and emanate wrong information on how to handle your parking permit so then your car gets towed. Water bill is so high.
Roaches, Dog Poo, Low Quality Maintenance, Poor Management, Terrible Parking.
Since the new management tool over things are much better.The maintenance issues are dealt with much faster. The pool is always closed so you can stand at the fence and look at it but you can't use it. Kids toys everywhere so be careful walking.

We have had a BAD roach infestation since the day we moved in and they will not go away also we just recently had wasps coming in to our apartment there must be a crack or someway they're getting through and the maintenance guy has not been able to fix it. There is water damage under the sink on the wood of the counter top and screws sticking out under it. You can definitely tell they did not put much work into it they were just trying to "make it look more appealing" and did NOT do a good job. Also under the carpet you can feel a bunch of stuff that is under there. They're very bumpy. Would not recommend to anyone especially to someone with kids as i do. Its just not safe!

I've been living here for 21/2 years and all I can say is positive things. Before I moved here I was doing my research and came across this property. It had bad reviews but I still took a chance and came to see it. I end up loving the place the things on the review I did not see. I came when it was under new management I believe. I love staying here. The property manager Joel is so awesome and so is Roxann. I'm glad I didn't go off just the reviews and someone else opinion. I can say I love this property????
My experience so far after 2 months is been very pleasant. I dislike it mostly do to the cockroaches. The apartments staff did address the issue however, there are still roaches. I love the apartment setting, is clean, new kitchen appliances, new carpet and the outside amenities:the pool, the playground, the gym and the gazebo are all new as well. It is also very nicely landscaped. The management has been helpful in dealing with the roaches, broken ice maker, and towel rod. I do dislike the water bill situation. It is paid as a "unit" so one month it can be $30 and another $130. However the convenice of being close to Houston as well as the cheaper rent you are getting a good deal. Grocery shopping be easier there's a Walmart, HEB, and a Walgreens right down the road. I am thankful for Joel, the property manager he has address every concern and problem I have encountered, Lherisse and Andrea have been patient and kind and work hard to make everyone happy.
