I really like living here. It is quiet and the manager takes care of issues quickly. They are very friendly and do fun parties for us. I also like that the parking lot is gated.
I came into the office last Friday for a tour and to fill out an application. I toured a one bedroom and liked it. Lori in the office told me that I had to fill out the paper application and provide them with 2 months pay stubs, 2 months bank statements and a $50 money order. Lori also informed me at that time that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 admin fee until I was approved for the apartment. She told me to bring the application in either that same day before they closed or Saturday between 10-2. I tried on Saturday to turn the application in TWICE between the hours of 10-2 and both times there was no one at the leasing office. Lori then followed up via email on Monday regarding the apartment and I told her I would bring the application by after I got off of work. She then responded to tell me that someone had already filled out an online application and the apartment was no longer available. I was shocked because I truly didn't know that filling out an online application was even an option as NO ONE had told me that. I went out of my way to get all the necessary physical documentation and I even bought a money order, when I could've done the whole process online. I would've filled out an online application on the FIRST DAY I came in if I had been notified by someone. I THEN went online and filled out an application AND paid the application fee AND the administrative fee (that I was told I wouldn't have to pay yet) only to receive a call from the leasing office this morning informing me that there are absolutely no one bedrooms available for the next 2 months. So now I have to hope that my $150 will be refunded, although I'm sure it won't be. I wanted to write this review to let the leasing office know how much they inconvenience people and are just straight up not helpful. You're not just working in retail or the service industry. You are literally dealing with people's LIVES and you should treat it like such. I feel bad for anyone who is in a bad living situation like that who has to deal with this leasing office. My recommendation is to just fill out an application online and don't even go into the office to deal with the incredibly unhelpful leasing agents who will send you on wild goose chases to get all the necessary documentation in physical form, tell you to turn in the application when no one is even in the office, and then let the apartment go to someone who filled out an application online.
Decent apartment for price and location. You can't find a cheaper 3 bedroom with the same square footage and quiet community.

These apartments are in the hood but you really wouldn't notice. The community is quiet, no drama. The interiors are nice and cozy. Maintenance gets problems fixed next day at the latest. Management is helpful when needed. Overall I really can't complain. It's much nicer here than the price and location would make yo u think

Apartments have small to large ROACHES everywhere, i've had constant BED BUGS, and drainage issues. Front desk never picks up their phones or returns call. They painted my door while I was at work and did a sloppy job to where I had to FORCE my door open for days. Lights by my door are always out and i'm constantly asked if I have DRUGS or if im single by random people when im taking the 10 second walk to my car.... DO NOT LIVE HERE.
They don't clearly have things labeled and won't help contact the company they pay. Was hung up on by office. Apartments have bugs and it's gross!! Don't go here!
