I pay for pest control every month through my rent . Three times I submitted a request saying I needed pest control . The last time I submitted a request I included that no one came the past three times . I didn’t get an apology or anything. I looked outside and a note was on my door saying allow a week before scheduling again . So management took it upon themselves to type a note and put it on my door instead of apologizing or saying they will look into it . Jasmine answers the phone with horrible customer service they look over my maintenance request but they want to say document everything . Maria & Jasmine have a funny way of writing notes and leaving them on the door with no apology. Horrible insect problem . They want the rent but don’t want to resolve issues in the apartment home . Also their attitudes stink.
I moved into apartment 1063 in February of 2024. TERRIBLE APARTMENT. They charge you for a cleaning fee whenever you’re moving out of the place so that they “clean” the apartment for the next resident to move in. When I moved in the apartment was FILTHY had crumbs and food left all in the cabinets, the stove was filthy, fridge was filthy. The bathroom cabinets were ridiculous and broken. They repaint over the bathroom tub and within a month of me staying there the tub was chipping which made me not able to take a bath comfortably. They told me they wouldn’t fix it and I would have to pay money for them to replace the tub or repaint the tub! The office MANAGMENT are rude and have terrible miscommunication. They had multiple SPIDERS and ROACHES in my apartment. The maintenance team never comes to fix ANYTHING. The entire time I stay there for 5 months I hated it tremendously. The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. Strangers from different places come and use the pool that don’t live there. The mailboxes are always broken. The trash area is always filled up to the max with trash all over the parking area. The pets are always pooping in the grass near the apartment and carport areas. 0/10 living experience. DONT MOVE THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY SERIOUSLY.
I moved in and there was obviously no make ready done. Stove didnt work, washer and dryer didn't work, drawer missing in kitchen still, window is dry rotted and bugs are coming out of the damaged areas of dry wall. Window leak was reported 3 weeks ago. Today there is no update. My friends window has been leaking since Feb and practically the whole top of the window frame is rotted with drywall chunks hanging and or have fallen off!

Place is bad and mainly caused by the operation. Car was broken into they did nothing, move in, the place is filthy. Move out, they charge you arm and leg for things irrelevant. Management not understanding and just horrible place to be at.
New management is awful! Here we are in March, and this is the THIRD time I have had issues getting my rent correct. (They charged me DOUBLE this time!) I have lived here for a few years and never had a complaint, until a few months ago when new management arrived. It’s been issue after issue, problem after problem. No water for 16 hours, being “accidentally” charged double rent, my current list goes on and on... it’s a shame that new management can’t their residents happy or even content.
I lived in Arlington for 5 years, and I've lived in 3 other comparably priced apartment complexes. Cobblestone was by far my favorite. It feels very safe, their entire staff is great, and I never had a single bug problem. I just got to live in peace, which I know from prior experiences is not always the case with apartments. If I ever find myself in Arlington again, I will certainly be staying here again.
Vesean is the rudest property manager I have ever had. I can't stand when I have to go to the office to pick up mail etc., she has an attitude towards everything and is one reason why I am not renewing my lease. The employees who work with her are always apologizing for the way she acts. Besides Vesean the apartments are decent. The gate opener doesn't work half the time and it takes about 30 minutes to get any hot water. Yeah.. I'm moving ASAP
I like living here and for the most part I'm pleased. There is nothing at theses apartments that just "wow" you but I don't mind paying what I pay. I have lived here for 2 years and haven't had any major issues. The only real irritation is that they are quick to put a notices on your door about the littlest things. The office staff and maintenance is noisey. But everything usually gets fixed in a timely manner, I've never had any bug issues, never had a break in, my neighbors are nice and work, and the grounds are kept up. I love that there is so much to do in the area too.
The complex is in a quiet part of town, surrounded by a few other complexes and neighborhoods. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, and it is close enough to the stadiums to enjoy them without experiencing all of the traffic and noise! The office personnel are a pleasure to work with and the maintenance team is courteous and timely. The grounds are nicely kept as well. If you're a dog person, they have a nice dog park to let them play in! They're even accepting of larger breeds, which is great for our boxer :). There are plenty of floorplans to choose from, and the apartments are nice. I would recommend this complex!
The pros: It sits nicely in a quiet residential area with both houses and other apartments/condos around it. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and is close enough to the stadiums and theme parks without having congestion and traffic issues. The apartment itself is well kept and well established with an excellent maintenance team who are both courteous and timely. The rent is reasonable and the staff are a pleasure to work with. There is a nice variety of floor plans to choose from. For the dog lovers like myself, they have a simple dog park which has obstacles to play on and is a great place to let your pup off the leash for a good romp. They are also accepting of larger breeds, which is great for our boxer! They have reasonable rules when it comes to pets, and everyone seems to follow them fairly well. The cons: The amenities are great but basic. No large garden tubs or hot tubs, the gym is simple (but gets the job done for most of us) and there is no hot tub near the pools. If these are things that don't weigh heavily in your decision to move in, I think you'd really enjoy it here!
It's a good place to stay, I've been here for 3 years and it's right by two major highways in a great area! The only thing is a few maintenance issues (flickering lights, a couple of outlets aren't working, and the windows aren't weather proofed). I've found a way not to complain in order to just live peacefully. Management is cool except for two of the three in there - at times it feels like I'm being babysat or I live on a college campus. I just stay away from trouble and stay to myself to remain able to live here! There's a pool and laundry room, did I mention it's in a great area?
