2021, they still haven’t fix these problems. They do not care about their tenants. Apartments infested with a lot of roaches. The apartment be extremely hot even with the AC on. Also, AC leaking throughout the apartment. Emailed those in front 4 times, still haven’t heard back from them. Dishwasher been broke for two months, put in a order, and the maintenance man still haven’t came out. These apartments are very outdated. Front gates doesn’t work. Also, people apartments have been broken in. You can hear your next door neighbors yelling and stomping all throughout the night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. It’s not worth it.

We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced regarding pests in your home. We are always available to schedule additional treatment for units. We try to fulfill all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of high volume. We’re sorry this was not your experience. If you believe your neighbors are violating our community policies, we encourage you to reach out to the office so we may take appropriate action. Please feel free to contact the office to discuss your particular misgivings via phone or email.
My lease is coming to an end this next month simply because I transferred schools. If I didn’t I would totally stay. You can’t beat the location. The two times I had to call maintence my entire 9 month lease, they came quick and handled the problem within a day or two. I cannot day enough good things about the people in the office. Any questions or concerns I had were answered swiftly. Ebony and the crew are doing great! I would definitely recommend trying to get one of the townhomes in the complex.
I would suggest that you keep searching, because this complex is ran by individuals who do not care about their tenants. They pride themselves on being rude and nasty. The units are outdated, location is a plus, and maintenance is slow. I will NOT be renewing my lease here.

When we moved in our dishwasher didn’t work, the front burners smoked, the water smelled like rotten eggs, and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is saying or doing if you live on the second floor. The mantinence men are terrible and will likely NEVER get to what’s going on in your apt. The apt was always hot even when the air was on 24/7. The pictures are NOTHING like it is in person. VERY outdated and definitely NOT worth the rent. I DO NOT recommend these apts to anyone!!

Not a good place to live at. Been here since July and maintenance of terrible. The front office staff is nice but gets nothing done. Front gates never work and courtesy officer does nothing to help with disturbances. Not recommended at all. Will not renew our lease here.

These apartments should be shut completely down. The two women that work in the office doesn't have no respect or even care about their tenants. If you want anything fixed, you'll have to hire someone to do it for you. They are so unprofessional, I'm still waiting on them to bring me a shower head, spray for maintenance, removal all the spider webs that's on the outside, clean the pools, there is no way I would ever refer anyone to live at these old fashion and run down apartments.
These apartments don't look anything like these photos they are raggedy and very out dated management doesn't fix anything, these apartments have not had an update in years all the appliances are old don't let them fool you with this special I haven't been here a month and I'm already looking to move!!!
