Property Ratings at Cobblestone Creek
The vaulted ceiling is wonderful, as it helps the living area feel much larger and also provides great natural lighting. The washer and dryer are conveniently located. All in all, it’s a comfortable and mostly quiet place to live. Underground parking is a huge perk during winter months!

We are so glad to hear you're enjoying your apartment! Thank you for taking the time to review our property, we really appreciate it!
The lease is laced with detailed billable rules but once you are in, you will never sleep due the thin walls and neighbors growing cannabis with generators running at all hours of the night. My Co2 has reached levels of 100 ppm. The management will disregard your request for help. I am a healthcare worker and have been diagnosed with TB. I have a letter from my physician asking to let me out of my lease. They will not, so now others in the building are at risk. Needless to say I have retained legal counsel to assist. Run from this management company. They have the worst reputation in the community.
Please read your lease throughly, I mean throughly! They will nickel and dime you to death! They do not clean your apartment before you move in. It’s up to the previous tenant to clean it. You are required to have the carpets cleaned professionally or you will be charged for that when you move out. Your rent is due before the 1st of the month and if it’s a minute late, you are charged 50.00. Even with a mortgage you have a few days to pay! I had a problem with my disposal, they told me someone will come look at it but if it’s decided you broke it you are charged the service fee of 75.00. Like I would break it on purpose! Although the apartments are nice, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I am not alone. Be careful!
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
*The apartment needs to be cleaned upon move out or we hire a professional cleaning company and provide a receipt so the new renter move into a clean unit. *The rent is due on the 1st of the month. *Maintenance is charged to the tenant for misuse, not normal wear and tear. Every detail about the lease requirement is readily available online for all to see, and has to be agreed to before the application process even starts. There is no "nickel and diming" as you say. Best of luck in your new home.
Managment is sucks very poor service .

We are sorry you feel this way and wish you only the best.
Apartments are fairly new; however, they are very cheaply made. You can see the tape seams on the walls, the AC/Heating units are terrible (and incredibly inefficient), you can feel the wind come through the sliding doors when they are closed, etc. The management employees are not friendly people and are only concerned about the money/getting people to sign. To top if off, they force you to have the carpets professionally cleaned before moving out (yes, I know it was in the signed lease, but that doesn't make it reasonable). No grills allowed, no smoking, nothing on the balcony unless they deem it appropriate patio furniture, nothing in your garage space but your car, and the list goes on.

The items you touched on regarding the lease are in place to keep our sites beautiful and to maintain the upkeep of the grounds and common areas for everyone to enjoy. You would have had the opportunity to review all of the lease documents before deciding to rent with us. We have not had anyone experience issues with patio doors. We can address these items only if we are made aware of them. If you are still a renter, please feel free to reach out to us at the corporate office. We are happy to assist! 920-883-9219
I moved into these apartments due to unforeseen circumstances with my significant other transferring duty stations. I informed the property manager that I would be moving around December-January time frame. She told me that was fine, I could sign a lease for 4 months (With a $50 upcharge on rent), and then rent month to month after that. When I was given the option to renew my lease, I was told I have to sign a year's lease, or rent month to month and pay $200 more. That's really unfortunate, as I'm living in the same apartment but now paying these people $200 more a month.... Okay, no choice, so I go to sign the lease, however, you have to give 60 days notice moving out. So, not only am I paying $200 more, but I have to give 60 days notice - not exactly month to month, is it? I will note that while it is clearly about money for everything here, the corporate employees were not rude and I'm sure are just enforcing the policies so that they don't get in trouble. Also, just so you know - you share the water bill with the whole building, it's not a lot of money, but I was traveling for nearly the entire month of June and still had to split the water bill (having used no more than 2 days of water in the month). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE!
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
I’m sorry you feel that way. The month to month premium of $200 is written in the first paragraph of your lease. You could not have filled out the application without having indicated you read through the lease documents first, and you were also given a copy of them. Additionally, the copies are attached to your online file in your resident portal. Regarding the notice requirement… Your lease reads under “Notice of Termination” that notice is to be given at least 60 days prior to the last day of the Lease Term. According to Wisconsin statues, if the lease says that you must give more than a 28 day notice for a month to month tenancy, that is valid and enforceable, even if the lease has since expired. The water billing has not changed since you first moved in which is that your building has 36 units, and each renter pays 1/36 of the total. I am happy to provide you with copies of the paperwork you signed. I’m sorry if you now disagree with the policies that you previously agreed to, but in no way did we mislead or misinform you on our procedures. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
Though I only lived at Cobblestone for a short while due a sudden job change, the apartment I was in was everything I dreamed of. I am a young renter, and management was very helpful with me during the whole process. Maria is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Everything in the apartment was super clean when I moved in and the location is perfect, right in the heart of everything you will ever need. I was very sad to leave Cobblestone Creek, and if I ever come back to the Kenosha area, this will be the first place I check. I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough!!!

This review is like a breath of fresh air! So nice to hear...and we whole-heartedly agree!
I moved to Cobblestone Creek Apartments 1.5 years ago and am looking forward to renewing again. I love the size of the apartments, the fact that they have washers and dryers in every apartment, the kitchen pantry is a big favorite of mine too. I have a 2 bedroom loft apartment and it is such a good value for the money. Who gets 2.5 bathrooms in a two bedroom apartment? It's pretty rare in my opinion! I love the underground parking, it is well lit, clean and safe. The buildings are clean and most of the time smell fresh, unless someone is frying fish, haha. I love the fact that they do not allow pets or smoking, praise the lord! No dog barking or pet odors, no cigarette smoke and butts all over. I also love that you can pay your rent online and email work requests in now. My apartment is so quiet, I can't hear anything going on once inside. Such a peaceful place to live. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Dear Love, Love, Love it here... We are so glad you do! Thank you for taking the time to review Cobblestone Creek. We think it's pretty special, too. As always, let us know if you need anything or have any concerns...we are happy to assist in any way we can. We're thrilled you chose to renew your lease! Thank you!
Bottom line is DON'T live cobblestone creek unless you have lots of money and willing to give them your free money. NO matter how you clean them use them, they will charge you everything and anything to the residents even thought they were defective when they were built. CRAZY MANAGEMENT!!! They don't even email you back to keep you money not refund to you. They will collect $500 security deposit crazy balance. Don't expect your security deposit back EVER! They charge you every single item. (If they found little clumps in the kitchen cabinet, they will charge you $70/hr for cleaning) Also expect resident to clean carpet professionally. Who is doing that?? That means you HAVE to call carpet cleaning company which they have a contract with them. Otherwise they will charge you $130. There are so much to tell you. YOU should think about one more time if this apartment is right for you. It looks clean because it is new apartment, but heat/air conditioner is very old fashioned one and you will pay more than $200 during winter time. There are so much extra money you should pay when you live here. DO NOT RECOMMNED Cobblestone creek EVER!!!!! WORST APT MANGEMENT

Hello, thank you for making us aware of your issues. After you submitted your move out letter, you would have received information in the mail regarding the move out inspection, so you would have been aware of the process. Without a name or apartment number, it is impossible for me to verify anything in this review. Thank you.
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. If you read the documents you were given before you signed your lease you wouldn't have any issues with management. It's just that simple. I have had no problems at all in the year I have lived here and enjoy living here. If you want to live in a low end complex where residents don't follow the rules then Cobblestone is not for you. Cobblestone is a complex built by a luxury home builder.People that live here choose to live here because management doesnt allow rifraft. Period. Hence all the BMW's, Acura's and Lexus's in the parking garage.

This review is a day-maker :) Thank you for taking time in your day to spread the love. Much appreciated!
This place is everything I needed and wanted. It is safe and secure, the right size, and newly built. It is quiet, but not isolated from the world. The heated garage is awesome on extremely cold winter days. Storage in the garage is plenty. I don't have to pay for extras I don't need or want: swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, exercise room, etc. I use the grill/ picnic/ pond area for family visits, or just to have a quiet place to sit in the sun and read. I am so close to everything I need: shopping, medical care, church, work. Sidewalks in the area are new and well-maintained, providing a good place to walk. It's not the best place for children, but for couples and singles, it works well. And for me, it's perfect!

We are pleased that you have chosen to make Cobblestone Creek your home and that you have found it to be everything you hoped for! Thank you for your encouraging words and expressions of contentment. We love the heated, underground parking too! We think the location is as perfect as you do, and we area so happy to hear that your apartment home is close to all you need and want. Happy living at its best!
These people are crazy. For one, if your rent isn't in their mailbox the morning of the first, they send you an eviction notice. Second, you can't do anything without being reprimanded for it. I tried having patio furniture on my balcony and they told me I couldn't keep it out there. Third, if you want to decorate, think again! I hung a few pictures and they charged me $200 for "repairs" even though I spackled and painted the holes when I moved. The site manager is rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention the excessive emails are annoying. Would not recommend.
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
We have always encouraged our residents to make their interior as well as exterior areas comfortable and add their own personal touch! We love it when we see beautiful flowers, patio furniture and seasonal décor on the decks and patios. (If the furniture is not intended for outdoor use or if there is debris or garbage outside, we may communicate that to the renter and ask that those items be removed.) If this was the case in your situation, we are truly sorry if it offended you in any way. Of course we want you to be able to express yourself and decorate your spaces in ways that make you feel happy, but certain parameters may not be agreeable to every person, and for that we apologize. In regard to the rental payment, it is true that the due date is the 1st of each month. (This is noted in the lease agreement that every renter signs and agrees to prior to taking occupancy.) It is not the policy of this company to issue “eviction notices” if the rent is not paid directly on the 1st. There is a protocol that is in place regarding delinquent rental payments, and that protocol does not include eviction notices issued on the 2nd. If when you moved out there were items that needed to be removed and disposed of or any work that required maintenance, your account would have been assessed these charges. Many times, people will use their own methods to cover nail holes, however there are times that maintenance needs to go over those areas to ensure the paint covers smoothly and the walls are in great condition for the next renter. If this was the case in your situation, we certainly did not over-charge you in any way, but only what was needed to cover the expenses to do the job such a way that is consistent with our standards. We wish you much happiness and success in your new home!
This place is terrible! Over priced and cheaply made. Paint falls off the walls, carpet pulling away from the floor. Every time you ask them to repair something they won't do it. They say they will then never do. Washing machine shredded our clothes for a year, I told them repeatedly and nothing was ever done about it. They refuse to help or compensate for the list articles of clothing. When they finally did replace the part needing to be replaced, immediately following I received a notice that they won't be renewing my lease and I have to leave. They have no reason for it and they said they didn't have to give a reason, just that they're going to start showing the apartment. They are rude, every conversation you try to have with them they yell at you. Neighbors are getting hauled off by the police. The site manager, Maria, is busy taking selfies in the office for her Facebook page rather than doing her job. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different place.
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
We are very sorry to hear of your experience at Cobblestone Creek! Of course we feel our community has so much to offer and is priced right in line with other communities of its kind in the area. We have not heard of paint falling off the walls or carpet pulling away? If there was a name or apartment number associated with this review, I'd be happy to research the inspection report and respond with more detailed information. Thank you.
Unless you have cash in your hand ready to give them at a moments notice they are ready to sign you up for their overpriced apartments. customer service is not important to these guys at all. If you want a place that you give them your money and like to stay in your hole this is the place for you. If you want somewhere will they are a little more empathetic and has community type atmosphere stay away from here. Situation I had was this, It takes forever to get a hold of someone, when you do it is normally a message of hi we have no open house appointment slots available, we have a one bedroom for 965 or we have a 2 bedroom for 1350.. You can schedule to look at it but we have a long line of people but we need 500 dollars right now if not then I will give it some one else in two seconds. So i said can i come get the application and then have the money for you on my pay day. which is tomorrow. Well you can get the application but you have to call tomorrow because i might sell it before you meet with me. so got the money, i called, she sold it to someone else. Real nice folks huh? no private garage, no pool, nearly pointless clubhouse, no gym, no community. Maybe the heartless, do or die mentality helps keep out the garbage tenants but some of us who like to feel like people not numbers you feel like you are just a number here.
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
We are deeply sorry that you were unable to secure the apartment you wanted at Cobblestone Creek and you felt as though you were not treated with care and consideration. Our desire is that each person that walks through the clubhouse or calls our staff is treated well and with respect. The process that our company follows regarding applying for an apartment is that once a prospective renter decides on an apartment, they turn in the completed forms along with the earnest money of $500 and $20 application fee. In an effort to be fair to all interested parties, we have implemented a “first-come, first-approved” method. We have had great success using this method, but we understand that it may be inconvenient for some people who may not have funds available at the time they wish to secure an apartment. Property amenities at Cobblestone Creek include heated underground parking, sparkling reflection ponds, a clubhouse with meeting/entertaining facilities and beautiful outdoor seating with grilling options for outdoor enjoyment for all. We are truly sorry if the site amenities are not to your liking, and that the timing for renting with us did not work in your favor. We wish you much success and happiness wherever you chose to live!
Around a year old building so you can expect the apartments to be in perfect condition. Price seems to be on the higher end, but compared to over the boarder in IL, it's leaps and bounds better in price and size. Sometimes took a few phone calls to reach someone but no big problems.

Thank you so much for your comments and 4 star review. So much appreciated!
The place is beautiful but the walls are very thin, rent is expensive, and for some reason there is a ton of huge spiders.
Property Manager at Cobblestone Creek, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the 4 star review! We take a lot of time reviewing the market to make sure our rents are competitive for the Pleasant Prarie area, and we feel the pricing is right in line with other luxury communities. We are happy you have chosen Cobblestone Creek as your home! Sorry to read you feel the walls are thin. The construction actually involves double 2x4 walls with sound batt insulation on both sides (in each wall cavity) separated by an air gap and sheet rock. This means from apartment to apartment, there exists 2 independently constructed walls with air and sheetrock in-between, which dramatically reduces vibration and sound transfer. We take quiet enjoyment very seriously and go above and beyond typical research and design to achieve the highest in sound protection. Again, we appreciate your comments and review!
We, my husband and I , are enjoying sun filled rooms. The best room in the apartment is the room where I sew. I put my sewing machine next to the window the light is wonderful. There are many happy people to talk to and have fun with just outside our door.

What a wonderful review. Thank you for making us smile today!
I moved to Cobblestone Creek in 2014 and it's great. The building was brand new when I moved in so all of the appliances were as well. I'm in a loft suite facing the pond for $885. Just enough room for 1. I haven't had any problems with management and the neighbors are friendly. The office manager lives down the hall and she's very helpful. The underground garage is amazing during the winter. The only downfall is the lack of community amenities (no pool or gym).

Cobblestone Creek Apartments in Pleasant Prairie, WI are beautiful! My fiancé and I were lucky enough to take notice they were building new luxury Apts in the location we were looking which is within minutes of the freeway. We called to set up a tour for their newest building going up and I was very impressed at walk in! I knew right away this is where I wanted to live. We chose the MAGNOLIA floor plan which is 1200 SQFT. The whole building smells NEW, unlike other apartments that have that old dirty smell. Has modern and brand new amenities, nice carpet....beautiful and spacious bathrooms and HUMUNGOUS walk-in closets! The master bedroom walk in closet for this unit is almost big enough to be a separate room of its own. You can actually fit a small-medium size dresser IN the closet if you really wanted to! It all comes with a lovely closet organizer as well. The bedroom sizes are average for their more "average" units. I believe in their big 3 bdrm Apts the room sizes are much bigger. Again, if you are a closet lover and REQUIRE space you could be sold on living here for that alone. Underground Parking! LOVE the neighborhood, close to MANY shopping stores, restaurants and hospitals. Beautiful walking paths and a very safe and secure area to be in. The only CONS I will list are....No pets are allowed. There is No pool or gym on site. Also no grills are allowed on property. Can not mount any TV to the walls. That was disappointing when I read it in the contract, but I understand reasoning to keep all units in top shape. Every unit comes with 1 storage unit in underground parking. They are a very small closet size. They could have built them bigger, that was disappointing. The location of these Apts are near a rail road (something I didn't realize prior). You definitely can hear them at different hours of the day. I would not say this is a severe issue since its NOT constant all day. However several trains have gone by overnight and if your a light sleeper with the window open you will hear it. If your a deep sleeper...then maybe it wouldn't wake you. A few times during the night I was starting to get annoyed at this but its not a deal breaker for me to move. I'm guessing the tracks are less then 5 min away. Overall I'm very impressed and highly recommend these Apts!

Wow, what a day-maker this review is! Thank you for taking time out of your day to let us know how happy you are in your new apartment :) Although there are a few things in place to keep potential problems from arising, we understand that not every policy is going to please all. But we think the over-sized closets, beautiful views, upscale amenities and underground heated parking are things that everyone will enjoy! Again, thank you for your comments, we really appreciate hearing from you.
This apartment is fantastic. It is within 5 minutes from major restaurants and shopping. The appliances are current and up to date. Full size washing machines and a dishwasher in-unit are extremely helpful. The design of the apartment is eye popping and it has an open feel to it. Storage units downstairs are small. With working 3rd shift, I have no issues with neighbors being loud. Since the apartment building is close to the hospital, can occasionally hear ambulances, but you would have to pay attention to it. Neighborhood is real safe, I live on the first floor and had my chairs on the porch for a few months with no issues of being stolen. Overall, I am very pleased with Cobblestone.

The office manager lives on the grounds and she is very helpful. I love the in-unit washer/dryer, the storage room in the building, and the underground parking is really convenient in the winter. The only thing I would change is adding an exercise room or pool.
