Property Ratings at Cobblestone on The Lake Apartments
The roadways are uneven, drainage is poor because of the road being lower than the drains, the trash compactor is constantly broken or backed up.
Not a lot of storage for the kitchen or bedrooms/ personal items but having an elevator and a laundry room is fantastic. Sometimes the elevator doesnt work but they get it back and running in a timely manner IF you report it
The apartment community takes care of problems promptly and courteously, so there's nothing a reasonable person need worry about.
Safe, friendly, and quiet. The only negative is speed of maintenance. My dishwasher has been broken for 6 months.
Certain residents treat the property like public housing and constant marijuana smell.
I would recommend the community over all it is fine. There are things that need to be improved, I moved in here in 2014 and left in 2016 to move back to Ohio. We loved it here then and knew the space was what we needed so we came back. However it has changed and is not as good as before. The management team Yadira is amazing though !! We absolutely love her and have nothing but wonderful things to say to her. She cares and she is great !! So helpful !

So far, so good! No issues. Most everything we have spoken about has been addressed.
I looked at about 8 places before I knew this was home for me. The office and maintenance is always organized. Everyone is so understanding. I love the vibe in the community. Never no drama it’s always peaceful out here. I wish I found this place sooner. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. I love my townhome the price is affordable and Spacious with lots of storage. I literally have a separate storage room.
There has been too much police activity recently. Within the last 30-45 days I can account for at least 3. Even though this is a gated community, there is way too much intervention by the authorities. I do not feel completely safe. Not sure about renewing my lease at this point.
Good location, some issues are not addressed in a timely manner unless you remind staff on multiple occasions.
One issue I have is the continuous tenant turnover.
The community is very friendly, clean, and quiet. I wish my apartment was little cleaner when I moved in but other than that everything has been great.

The security and comfort as well as the overall experience is something everyone should find here.
the resident gate has been down/broken/open to any vehicles for 2+ months now and it is a security breach as we all resident have paid for that windshield pass to electronically open the gate and all others have to use the keypad box. Now, that the resident gate has been open, everyone including non-residents use that entrance and it doesn't control the traffic and visitors appropriately.
The maintenance person fixed the fan chain only in the living room and he did a fantastic job, he said he would come back to fix the fan chain in my master bedroom and he has not come back since the request has been made which is over a month now.
It is beautiful, safe environment. Awesome staff and great amenities for a very reasonable rate.
We love living here, but this past year they have not been willing to work with us regarding the timing of our rent payment. I am on disability and I do not get my check until the 2nd Wednesday of each month. They also seem to always want to raise the rent a lot at each new lease signing.
The community is relatively safe and quiet but the entrance way to my front door is embarrassingly offensive, I am glad I have the elevator to use. The floor is very dirty and leaves much to be desired. If you give me permission I would paint it in grey.
The front gate you can typically just go right through. As well as the locks on the gym and pool that you supposedly need a key for are almost always open. The pool is dirty a lot and the last 2 times I went to the hot tub it wasn't working. My townhouse is wonderful, no complains there. The only problems are the community amenities
Living here meets my needs, however, when it comes to amenities this community is way behind others.

We have amazing apartments. Clean, great floor plan, private elevator that opens up in your unit and an amazing administration and maitenance staff.
