"I've been living in this apartment for a few months now, and overall, I'm really happy with my experience. The location is perfect - close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and responsive. My apartment itself is cozy and has plenty of natural light. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the walls can be a bit thin, and I often hear noise from my neighbors. But overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!"

This is a great place to live, cozy and safe neighborhood, right outside of the city. There is a great public elementary school two minutes from here. The apartments are nice and the maintenance guys are really on top of most things!

Tenant friendly, nice and quiet, very communicative. I've enjoyed living here for about half a year now, and recommend it any military personnel as it is directly next to a 24-hour gate.

This place is cool however I don’t like how if there’s a spot that doesn’t have a number on it and you don’t have a tag or something that says that you live here your car is going to get towed and it’s basically like you can’t have any friends over and that they have to park halfway down the street if they do wanna come over

some things weren’t fixed when we got here like the light switch and the door knob fell at one point. they did take a while to take care of it. I do like the hospitality of the workers though

Really enjoy living here. Leasing office provides nice amenities, love the indoor pool and park. Grounds are well kept nice green grass and lovely flowers in the summer. maintenance team rocks, always super quick with fixing things.

Only thing I don't like is the hidden fees they don't bring up. Such as the water bill. They don't charge you for what you actually use they split it up between all the residents

I have been loving it here so far the apartment is spacious and the amenities are great. My boyfriend and I are getting back into the gym and it has been perfect for all our needs. Only downside is our upstairs neighbors are very loud and because our apartment is closer to the road we hear a lot from the cars.

I have only been here for a few weeks and I love it! The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are efficient and super kind. You cannot beat the amenities that are included. Majority of residents are friendly and just keep to themselves so a calm, safe community.

I have lived at Cobblestone Ridge for 3 years now and I still think it’s the best apartment that I have lived in. Looking around town for comparisons is unsatisfactory! Cobblestone Ridge is the place I like the most. My only recent complaint is that instead of being offered a 12 month lease at the same rate, I had to choose 14 months at the same rate or 12 months at a higher rate. Also, the music in the common area is ALWAYS depressing and rarely fun. I suggest lo-fi or ambient music for something neutral.

I'm Not much for reviews or leaving them but for this I couldn't resist, I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! I have lived here for Years now and couldn't ask for a better place to live at. Excellent location and it's quiet. the best part is the dog park, gym and the outdoor and year-round indoor pool. the ladies in the office are truly special. They are SO helpful always in a good mood and always quick to explain everything to me in a clear and accurate manor. maintenance has been quick and precise, and fixes issues the first time (thank God) don't think twice live here!

They pick and choose which polices to enforce. The office ladies will be all fake and pleasant until you have an issue you need help with and then they don’t care. The pool is fine. It’s nothing to write home about though. The maintenance me are awesome! This is why they get two stars and not one. Honestly, stay away from any Griffis Blessing owned apartment.

My family absolutely loves going to the park and both pools. Being able to use the indoor pool on cooler or windy days is the best! The kids ask to go every day.

They remember everyone’s faces and were awesome when we upgraded apartments. Always super friendly and nice. The grounds are always clean and quiet. You can hear the upstairs neighbors a little bit but it is not nearly as bad as most apartments.

We experience a great deal of noise from our upstairs neighbors directly above us on almost a daily basis and have received no help from the apartment complex office about it. We love living here but this definitely makes our experience here far less enjoyable and much less worth our money.

Cobblestone Ridge is my favorite place I've lived and my favorite office staff! The ladies in the office (Hannah, Salina, and Melissa) are very efficient, are the sweetest, and do their job very well. Even if it's needing to be stern/bold to protect/defend or in telling maintenance to correct a situation, they do it well to get done whatever is needed. They go above and beyond. They are patient, professional and I feel that they actually care for my little family! It is difficult to find staff who are like that. In all my past apartments and rentals, I have never had this combination of characteristics all in one. That is the good part and the most important to me as I feel safe here. Thank you hiring staff and thank you Cobblestone office staff! The grounds and the clubhouse is kept clean as well which is great. The garbage is never full more than a day if ever in the time Ive lived here (about a month and a half). So all in all I recommend Cobblestone Ridge :-)

We lived for 9 months at Cobblestone Ridge. The apartment was well-maintained and updated. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly and courteously. The Management was very friendly and responsive to the needs of residents. The amenities were very nice and the community is peaceful. They also work well with the needs of military families. I highly recommend Cobblestone Ridge!

I lived here for a year and a half and had nothing but a great experience! The maintence was extremely friendly and always did a great job when you needed something to get fixed. Selena, Melissa & Connie are so friendly they always answer any or concerns you have. Selena and Melissa are the sweetest and are very professional and aren’t like other complexes that look like they hate their job lol. I went from a 2 bed 1 bath and upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath (comes with a laundry room) I don’t have any complaints! Something that wasn’t their fault but take serious is parking permit if you lose it I believe it’s $70 to get a new one he forgot ours in the UHAUL and had to purchase a new one. It’s a very quiet apartment complex don’t ever hear loud neighbors the pool is amazing during the summer and they even throw a summer pool party! The playground is great if you have kids and it’s gated which is the best part! I highly recommend this place if you are military it’s only 5 minutes from gate 3! I would still be there if my husband wasn’t deploying! I’m going to miss this place!!!! -PT

I always tell EVERYONE not to move here. There have been multiple instances where I have had to park miles away at a grocery store because they do not have enough parking for everyone who lives here. As a warning, if you park in your parking space, and do not have your parking pass in their preferred line of site they will TOW you at your expense without even trying to contact you. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and will do absolutely nothing to assist you. If you try to speak with corporate, they will hesitate to give you their number. Corporate also is of no help. Don’t even get me started on all the repairs that they need to do and the lack of communication. Since I have moved in, they have had to repair 4 different things with the exterior. When they have the people here to repair these things, they allow them to use your parking spot for their equipment. If it’s not your parking spot, it’s one of the open parking spots, so good luck trying to find a space! They also will not communicate with you when these repairs are done, so you have the pleasure of dealing with the construction at all hours of the day. When I first moved in I had no hot water because they forgot to turn it on, and also no heat. When you go down the office to complain, if they don’t like what they hear, they will tell you to “never come back in again”. I can’t wait until June for when I can move out because I have had nothing but issues!

Jacob, Thank you for your feedback., Our parking policies are in place so that we can provide adequate parking for all of our residents. Each resident is assigned a reserved parking space and given a parking permit upon move-in. We work with a third-party towing company that patrols the property and will tow any vehicle without a valid parking permit regardless of where it is parked. Regarding the property repairs that recently were completed, these were due to the hail storm in August of 2018. Parking spaces were utilized by the roofing company during the project for their equipment and communication of this project was given via email and by posting letters on each door. As for the repair in your apartment, the water heater pilot light was relit immediately after contact with the office. We were not aware of your apartment not having heat. Please contact our office if this is a concern we still need to address. We strive to offer the best customer service. My family and I moved to Colorado from Texas. We lived at Cobblestone briefly while our house was being built in the springs. As my family and I are not familiar with Colorado, the office staff gladly provided any information I needed regarding the apartments or the city. The complex is beautifully maintained and peaceful. Our kids loved the indoor pool and being able to snag a cookie or two from the clubhouse. The office staff was flexible and understanding when it came time to move out and we got our deposit back. I would definitely recommend living here, they are the best!

Within 5 minutes of supermarkets, shopping centers ,Fort Carson, restaurants, movie theater, local schools, parks and freeways. Clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed my time living here at Cobblestone and in Colorado. Accommodating and welcoming staff every time I had a question or a request. All staff gave top notch service, including maintenance. Maintenance saw me struggling to get my car cleared of snow and was kind enough to help me. Office staff recommended affordable and fun things to do nearby. Apartments are spacious, clean and come with updated appliances. Club house has tons of fun amenities for my family and I to use. I especially loved the indoor hot tub, 6ft pool AND MOUNTAIN VIEW!!! Would definitely recommend this place and would even move back to this complex should I get a chance to move back to Colorful Colorado!

As a returning resident for the second time, I can definitely say Cobblestone Ridge is the best apartment complex out there. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help no matter the situation. Customer Service is great and maintenance is always prompt and fix it the first time. Love the location, access to freeways, shopping and food. This community is fantastic, I would definitely recommend living here.

My experience here has been good so far. I originally decided on renting here because it was so close to Fort Carson and because they have an indoor pool and basketball court. I wasn't able to see my apartment before I moved in which I was hesitant about (you just never know what you are gonna get), but my apartment was clean and looked bran new, it looked just like their model. They also walked me over to my apartment when I moved in and showed me how everything works and to make sure I was happy. They really care about your apartment and that it is going to be your home for a while. I would recommend living here.

We had a great experience when we first moved in. Then we started having issues with the leasing agent after our friends went in to get a better understanding of an issue that had happened and where yield at when they went in. We ended up breaking our lease early due to military duty. She was very difficult and didn’t answer the question that we had? We do not recommend this place for military there are better places that will work with you being military and having to leave with short notice.

As for your submission of your notice to vacate due to military orders, we did require you to submit a 30-day notice to vacate which is standard per the SCRA guidelines. As I recall, you were concerned as you did not feel you needed to submit a 30-day notice to vacate because your orders required that you vacate sooner and you did not feel you should have to be responsible for the notice/rent owed. The SCRA guidelines do require you to submit proper notice with your orders and specify what you are responsible for which is what we were upholding with you and what we do for all of our Service Members. I just moved in on Saturday and I love my apartment. It is beautiful! The girls in the office are funny and caring they really helped me out. I really like that there is a indoor pool so I can swim after the gym. the area is so great there is a king soopers and starbucks 2 min away. I would recommend living here.

I really like living at Cobblestone Ridge. They have an indoor pool which is great. My apartment is spacious and has beautiful cabinets. They are very professional in the office and always friendly when I need to pick up a package. The price is great compared to all the apartments on our street and it is super close to Fort Carson, 5 min away. I have only had to put in one maintenance request and it was handled immediately. Great experience so far.
I've lived at Cobblestone Ridge for over 3 years and the only reason I'm moving is because my job changed locations. The maintenance team is dedicated to keeping things in order and the parking lot and grassy areas are kept clean. I get an assigned parking spot and even though I didn't have a washer or dryer in my apartment the laundry rooms are convenient and clean. The office staff are super friendly and always want to help. I have multiple vehicles so I stored my second car off site. I can somewhat hear my upstairs neighbors which is normal, but if that's a big concern I would recommend a second floor. We have lived here since September of 2009. I am a 100% disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD. Our last two neighbors downstairs have enjoyed complaining about everything. (One or two previous neighbors complained once or twice but nowhere near the volume of the current resident) I have to have the sound up on whatever it is I am listening to in order to hear it, music, movies, audiobooks; because I have detrimental hearing loss in both ears. After several noise complaints I decided to unplug my bass completely figuring that would solve it. No, they decided to complain about the smell of cannabis coming from my apartment, (which is a stretch to say the least) I highly doubt they can smell anything as in the last 6 years I have lived here I have NEVER smelled anything coming from my neighbors apartments, unless we were leaving the building at the same time. Yes, I have been a medical marijuana patient since before I even moved in here and I attribute cannabis to saving my life and getting me off of a medication regimine of over 15 meds for psych and pain issues that would make me depressed and suicidal. The property manager had the nerve to ask me to stop smoking in my apartment after one complaint in over 6 years. I am not sure if she realized what she was asking. She suggested that I try edibles or oils... clearly she is unaware of the cost related to those two products. You would think that there would be some loyalty to a disabled veteran who pays his rent on time every month and aside from 3 or 4 neighbors complaining about noise (never cannabis until last week) in 6 years, keeps to himself and never causes any other problems. Did I mention I have two young children who will also be homeless in the middle of February because the management has decided not to renew our lease and stick by a new resident because they threatened to leave? If you choose to move here do not expect loyalty or compassion from any member of this staff. Expect things to never get fixed even if it is mentioned as a condition to resigning a lease. They do not understand ex military and the problems we suffer, how can you give someone a noise complaint for a PTSD episode?!? They pretend to be pro military but have shown me that they clearly have no understanding or compassion for the issues we face on a daily basis.

One of the nicest apartments around the cheyenne mountain area. Its a little on the high side as far as price but it does have gas grilles, fire pit and indoor/outdoor pools. Parking is getting much better with 9-5 visitor parking and 5-9 resident only parking is making it easier to find a spot for our vehicles. Located close to fort carson gate 3 and pikes peak community college. Friendly tenants and staff is nice also. They host meet your neighbor parties and have security patrol at night.
I've lived at Cobblestone Ridge Apts. for the last year and a half. I've always received good service, quick responses to maintenance calls and friendly, personable customer service from management. The grounds are well kept and the complex is usually quiet. I would recommend these apartment homes.
The employees are wonderful. The apartments are spacious. I honestly wouldn't want to live in any other complex.
This is a wonderful place to live! they have a pool and fireplaces!
It's mid range as far as pricing goes, so far the views of the mountains and the pool are great. But that's where it sort of becomes an issue, parking is terrible if you own more then one vehicle as you are asigned one spot. With the very limited visitor parking it makes this a head ache when you have to walk all the way across the complex to get to your apartment. Then there is maintenance, wether it's them or management you can be sure to wait at least two weeks before they will come to fix anything as simple as a door. There is no urgency and they show up extremely unexpected. So far for the amount we pay, the pool is great the views if your lucky enough are great but don't expect royal service. If you can fix things yourself then you may be alright. If you intend on depending on the staff here I don't necessarily recommend it.
Cobblestone Ridge apartments are a nice place, but many draw backs. First off the walls are paper thin, I hear my neighbors tv every night. Parking is non existent, you have one assigned spot, there's visitor parking spots but they're always taken. Mantinence takes a good week to get to your needs so don't expect a timely response to your repairs.
