I have lived in the Millbury Cobblestone apt complex for about 4 years. I was one of the first tenants in my building and watched as the construction of the other buildings were completed. The facilities are well built and maintained. I feel very safe and my porch looks out onto lovely woods. The complex is small enough that you recognize and befriend your neighbors - or not - as to your preference. Since I have a dog, I have met a lot of my neighbors with dogs and we enjoy socializing at the dog park or the grill area (for a beer or smores.) It is a quiet, diverse population of elders, couples, singles, and young families. Very pleased!
I have been living in this apartment for almost two years now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. The management team is exceptional—highly responsive and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. You can really tell they care about keeping the property in great condition. The location is another big plus! It's close to everything I need, making it super convenient for work, shopping, and dining. Overall, I’m very happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

A Spacious, Well-Serviced Gem! I can’t say enough about how much I love living in this large, beautiful apartment! The space is incredible, with plenty of room to relax, entertain, or just enjoy everyday living. It’s well-designed and feels like home from the moment you walk in. The parking situation is fantastic—there’s always ample parking available, which is a huge relief. I never have to worry about finding a spot, which makes coming and going stress-free. The conveniences and amenities here are unmatched. Everything you need is either within the apartment or just a short walk away. From fitness centers to common areas, the attention to detail and the range of offerings really elevate the experience. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the communication and client services. Management is always incredibly responsive and eager to help with any concerns or questions. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. Lastly, the community is awesome! It’s such a friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone here is so warm and inviting, and it really feels like we’re part of a close-knit neighborhood. Overall, this apartment is the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!
Upon moving in, we found that there was no hot water which was quickly addressed by management. Also, our stove had to be repaired, which was also quickly addressed Ryan from the leasing office was quick to respond to our concerns and also great in his effortso address any issues. Despite the hiccups we are happy to be cobblestone village residents.
We have lived @ Cobblestone Village almost 3 years. We love this little nook of a village tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Millbury. The apartments have everything you need; there is an outside playground for kids, doggie park, and small fitness center. We enjoy cooking outside and sitting by the firepit - its a perfect Friday night with friends. The management is very nice, keep us updated via emails. I have put in a couple of maintenance requests and they were answered very quickly. We are very close to all the major routes, the Blackstone Valley Shoppes and movie theatre just 5 minutes away for convenience. Everything you need!!!

The management is very communicative and are so nice. We have lived here for about 1.5 years and rarely needed any maintenance services and if so they respond extremely fast and usually come that day to resolve any issues. The location is ideal since it is right off the mass pike and route 146. The apartment itself is beautiful and modern. This place is worth it!
I have lived here since 2019, and this is a great place to live. The apartments are modern and spacious, the staff is always responsive, and the area/landscaping is well maintained. Millbury is a good location as well as it is close to shopping, and has easy access to major roadways.
We’ve lived at cobblestone (between houses) for just over one year and it’s been a great experience for us! The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. The apartments are lovely and spacious with plenty of closet storage. I was nervous about noise possibly being an issue, moving into an apartment but thankfully it’s proved to be a non-issue. This is a quiet and respectful community. Management has been quick to respond and address any concerns we’ve had. We also enjoy the location because we can walk to quite a few places and there’s quick access to all major roads. We might never move out!
My husband and I have been here for years. We will be here until the day we buy a house, you can’t find better! Maintenance team is exceptional, and the office staff is extremely kind and attentive.

The apartment is spacious and appliances are updated. Just signed onto my second year lease and it was an easy decision. Should you ever run into an issue the maintenance team is super helpful and around at all hours.

We have lived here over a year now - and the property is great. The apartment has so much space - much needed for everyone doing everything at home now (work, school, etc)! We are spoiled with the nice finishes, tall ceilings, laundry right in the unit and efficient heat/hot water! We love the staff here too - the maintenance team is top notch and so isn't the management staff. There are amenities such as the gym, playground, fire pit, grills and dog park that are awesome as well! Definitely check it out!

We’ve been living here for two years. The staff has been nothing but courteous and professional. The maintenance team is very prompt the few times we had to call them. The common areas are kept clean, snow shoveled and garbage picks up plenty of times on weekdays.
I just moved in about a month ago and was drawn here by the little neighborhood feel and massive apartments. I have so much space and am loving it especially with working from home, the huge den space is such a luxury!
