Property Ratings at Cocoa Townhomes
When telling the owner we have bedbugs in the walls (after we bombed it) only to have them set up a team that doesnt handle them and sprays everywhere else but our bedrooms still not fixing the problem. If you have a pet expect it to stare out the window all day wanting to fight a stray cat that no one wants to get rid of constantly coming to your window scratching at it. Parking is very limited only 1 car per apartment, or you'll have to park away from your building. The building we are in currently has a big hole in the roof causing extreme downpours and has not been addressed (mold building up in walls)
