Coconut Palm Club Apartments

So far , I’m loving everything about this apartment . The staff are very friendly , the environment is clean and don’t have a weird smell when walking to the unit.

I don't really have any issues with the community except for the poop on the sidewalks & the loud kids sometimes playing in the hallway or breezeway but other than that it's very peaceful and the location is beautiful. Coconut Creek is my city.

This community is one of the best. I have been here for 5 years and love it. The apts are nice and spacious. The gym is pretty big. There is a dog park and playground area. It's in the center of so many restaurants. Great place to raise a family.

I love the community and location. The staff of very helpful and try’s to always accommodate with any issues. The neighbors are wonderful and I love how it’s pet friendly. Location is amazing.

Everyone was helpful and the process was smooth. The front office staff are very welcoming and patient. We felt supported during the entire application process.

In my first 3 days at the community I can already tell that this is a great place! I love the club house, the gym, the pool area. Everything here is beautiful and silent.

I got the keys to my apartment on December 31 and have started my move. Today, on my very first day, I had a great surprise: the apartment was super clean and everything was very well taken care of. For the beginning of my time here, I’m already very happy with my first day and how I found the apartment. I’ll keep you updated about my stay, and I hope the days I spend here will be very happy ones.

Move in was smooth! Everything was as promised! Natasha was so helpful in every step of the way!!! Community kept super clean!! Love the smart key access.

Lots of parking, wanted light outside and maintenance fixed assp! They were super fast about fixing things in apt as well. Everything going well

I have been living here for almost 5 years and I love it. You always see kids outside playing. The community is very family oriented. The leasing office staff are super nice. The apts are spacious. Location is great.

The staff is very helpful here. Always very professional. The maintenance crew is one of the best around. I feel so bad for them every morning for having to clean up the garbage area. If people only knew how to throw their garbage in the machine.

I have been living here for three years. I’ve never had any issues,The maintenance team is always quick and fast. They do a great job and are very friendly.

We have enjoyed living here. Whenever we have needed maintenance help or questions answered but the office, we get them! This has been a great place to live.

I would normally give this review 3 stars but the office people are very nice and have been very helpful, thus the one extra star. On the negative points: I have been receiving emails saying the renters insurance is expired. I did send documents to evidence it has not lapsed but havent heard back yet. . If you arrive home late, parking might be very far. Could have another trash compactor or 2 o one doesnt have to travel half a mile to throw trash out. Otherwise its a nice welll kept community.

Overpriced, lower middle tier apartments. If you go to the area around the trash compactor past 5 pm is always a mess with trash and filth littered everywhere. If you go throw away trash after dark, take a bat with you to fight off the raccoons. They also have this other area in the back corner of the complex separate from the compactor area where everyone goes to dump their non food waste trash and it’s always a horrible mess. But yet they will try to fine you if you’re back porch has anything other than furniture because of the “looks” of it. Bit ironic considering those 2 areas I already mentioned. The water hose from our washing machine sprung a leak a month or so back. We were not home at the time and when we got home we had at least an inch or 2 of water in the bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and about half of the bedroom. The maintenance team brought us 1 fan to dry off all those areas. As per the IICRC, the company that created the standard for water restoration, we needed far more fans and minimum of 1 dehumidifier. We just got a single fan. It wasn’t until maintenance showed up while I was home and I began showing him my water restoration license I have by the IICRC, and talking about getting my own mold guy to come inspect the place, that they finally sent out and actual restoration company, 1 whole week later. I would not recommend anyone move here especially for the prices they’re asking for.

Love living here. On my second lease term and I have no complaints. Maintenance gets handled and the team is always very helpful. Would let anyone know how amazing it is to live here!

Love living in this community. We are in the center of everything from highways, restaurants, and all different types of stores. Very friendly neighbors and kids are always playing outside. The apts are spacious.

I love my community. The management goes above and beyond to have our community clean and safe. The maintenance team is also always available as soon as same day to fix any issues.

Very nice apartments, spacious rooms and the staff is helpful and friendly! The gym is probably the best part. Cancelled my membership due to how well equipped the conversion of the racquet ball court to a weight room has been. The cardio room is equally as impressive.

Amazing experience at this place because I received always the best service from the maintenance, from the staff at the office, and the community is very clean and safe, my Amazon package being in my door for days because I’m going for vacation and no body touch it, and this place is safe , convenient and comfortable place to live

love it here! great pool area, gym is awesome, park for kids, dog park, close to target, publix, lots of food options. super clean area, nice staff, and very welcoming community.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing and very helpful. The neighbors can be a little much at times and loud at the pool (even when it’s pm) but they are just having a good time. I love how much space my apt has a the location is everything. You can just get an go with no issue!

This is the best place to live at. Easy access to almost everything. Great schools in the area. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Feels great to see kids playing outside. The pool and gym are beautiful. Very nice leasing staff and maintenence.

It was really nice when we first moved in, but lately it’s gone downhill. A lot of people by the grills late at night and partying, but it’s right by the kids playground so the kids can’t play. It was always A family vibe, but that’s not the case anymore.

The place is somewhat quiet. Occasional noise from cars and when upstairs neighbor rolls furniture or other things. There's a lamp post in front of my bedroom that brightens the room as if it was daylight Had to cover that window. They have been renovating the shrubs and adding trees around the parking lot. Would be great to be able to throw trash in a receptacle that is close by.

The community is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that make it a pleasure to come home to every day. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows. The common areas are always spotless, and the amenities are regularly cleaned and well-kept. I also appreciate the sense of security, with good lighting and security measures in place, which gives me peace of mind.

This Apartment community is quiet and peaceful place to stay for long term I rather upgrade to bigger places than move to another apartment than the one.

Love the apartment very homey and modern looking renovations. Everything has been working great. Love the keyless entry and the ability to control your ac and lights through the phone.

I have been living in these community apartments for nearly a month now, and I can honestly say that I really enjoy it here. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and I have no noise complaints at all. The management team is very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. Additionally, the maintenance team is extremely punctual and speedy when addressing any repairs or issues in the apartment. The moving process was effortless, even though I didn't have any paystub when applying for the apartment, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights for me is the gym. It's state-of-the-art and has all the equipment I need for my workouts. All in all, living here has truly been enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I recently moved into my new apartment community, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beautiful landscaping and well-maintained grounds. These apartments are beautiful. They are very spacious. The staff and maintenance are always doing what they can to make sure the tenant is happy. They also offer a lot of amenities.

Other than the shady deal they have with local towing companies who will boot your car because of a clerical error and then still make you pay them to get the boots taken off, they now are making every tenant pay a $50 internet fee to AT&T for 1(one) gig of internet service per month, regardless of whether or not you already have your own service. Even when 1 gig isn't enough data for any household today to do anything with.

A great place to live, with ample parking and close proximity to all major highways here in South Florida. The perfect location to enjoy the wonders of beautiful Palm Beach county and remain nestled in the scenic landscapes of Broward County.

Coconut Palm Club is a great community that is also clean and safe to live in. My only issue is affordability, sadly like the rest of Broward County, rent is expensive.

I really do love living here. I have been here 4years almost and the staff is so lovely. I think small minor things could be fixed but honestly over all I love it here. New families have loved in and that’s different but it’s life and I still love it. Parking isn’t great but they offer to pay extra to get your own spot so that helps. The dog area is good, pool is ok. I wish we had a hot tub again but it’s ok. Gym is cute. Nothing special but has what we need. An if you have any issues the staff will do their best to help!

Love living in at Coconut Palm Club. The location is great. You are close to so many restaurants, Sawgrass, Turnpike. The Apts are very modern and spacious.

Will be 100% 5 stars, if the neighbor from upstairs stop with the noise 24/7 I understand you have to make once in awhile some noise, but this person is all day all night, doesn’t fine me time to rest or have a break of his annoying noise. Throwing stuff, walking loud, open and closing the balcony door during sleep time….

I’ve lived here for over 15 years and have never had an issue with management or maintenance. This is definitely a beautiful place to call home.
