With its charming, 1900s row houses mixed with sleek new condos, Edgewood is still one of DC's more affordable neighborhoods, but that's quickly changing. This walkable neighborhood is home to Trinity Washington University, and the Catholic University of America sits just north of Edgewood. The Brookland-CUA Metro station is located in the northeast corner of the neighborhood, along Michigan Avenue, and the Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood Metro station is located on the southeast end, along Rhode Island Avenue. With its variety of restaurants and shops, Edgewood is quickly becoming DC's trendiest neighborhood.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Coda at Bryant St.- Katie Linder, General Manager
Ive lived here just over 6 months and I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the community. There isn't a whole lot of amenities (no outdoor spaces with grills, no pools) but we do have a gym and community room and a rooftop outdoor space. I also love that there are resident events set up every month. It's honestly been amazing living here. The other down side was that parking space is very limited in the garage. I waited about 3 months before I got off the waitlist and was offered a spot in the garage. In those months, I had to pay for parking in a lot and walk a few blocks to the building. But aside from that, it's been a great experience!

CODA is such a vibe. Food, dates, family and fun. I've been a resident at CODA for a year plus... My living experience continues to get better. There are a few mishaps around the area, however CODA provides security and car garages. Also, perfect area to live if you want to live close to good food options.

For the 6 months that you I've been living here I've enjoyed every moment of being at the coda. Our conciegere team is very kind and personable. The custodian staff is also very friendly but also professional. I love Having freshly vacuumed hallways every day. This is definitely my favorite bozzuto property to live at this far.

Continue to love my apartment, with only minor complaints. The decentralized heating/cooling system has been helpful since the sun tends to hit our apartment very hard in the mornings, occasionally requiring AC when opening the windows aren't enough. Receiving packages has occasionally been a problem. Recently I had a rather unpleasant time getting a valuable package for which I was five days delayed receiving a code. As frustrating as the experience was, I have to shout out Jarrett and Solomon for their courtesy, professionalism, and persistent support in the face of ever evolving impediments to finding the package. The staff here have generally been great, ~especially~ Anthony, who I will miss seeing in the lobby.

I have officially lived at Coda for one month, and I am so pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, and entertainment from the Coda Staff. My move-in was easy, and my apartment exceeded my expectations. I have attended two events so far, have met great neighbors, and have even won a raffle! I would like to give a special shout out to Solomon, Micah, Jonathan, and the concierge who dresses fancy everyday (sorry, I can't remember your name!). Thank you all for your kindness, and I look forward to enjoying my stay at Coda.

Hi! Thank you so much for this glowing review. We are so happy to know that our team exceeded your expectations and hope to continue doing so. Thank you for choosing Coda! Best, Coda at Bryant St Team
Me & my boyfriend were highly interested in the Coda. This review counts for both Coda and Chase apartment. This is a quick rundown and long story short for the hideous experience we had: - Leasing Agent Johnathan showed us a unit we fell in love with that wasn't even available. Quickly took the listing down and said "sorry" while never replying to our email again. He did not check anything & when we asked about 2 month special breakdown at Chase he told us "idk do the math in your head". Unprofessional. - Difficult for us to go back and check out other units as we're working adults like anyone else. We scheduled a virtual tour for next day. No one called us. Called front desk as they sounded irritated by us calling. Huffing and puffing and told us the agent was booked up for the day. No apology. Shoved us to the side to get us to "shut up" and moved us to the NEXT day at 10am. - No one calls us yet again. My boyfriend called for the second time. They managed to "make something work". Careless whatever attitude with us and showed us videos. No real tour. We had many questions especially concerns with the unit we saw already taken & two month special. Person he was speaking to had no idea about 2 month special - They make you beg for a unit while having a snobby better than you attitude - If we were to live here we would not feel comfortable with getting any help with how nasty they are. No one knows whats going on. 0 communication internally with company. No compassion. Nervous about signing a lease since they don't even know about units or prices themselves.

We strive to go above and beyond and are disappointed this wasn't the experience for you. We can be reached at 202-918-9761 or bryantstreet@livebozzuto.com. Best, The Bryant St Team
I’ve been here about 16 months. My overall experience has been good. A few things have made me rate a 4 instead of a 5. My main issue is people who know that their dogs pee in the elevator and don’t clean it. The elevators are super slow when someone is moving in or out. There should be a designated elevator for moving because 1 elevator for 7 floors is not practical. I’m not a fan of management moving to the neighbor building. Anyone can grab packages that are left outside the doors because no one is in the building. Outside of that, I would recommend living here. The concierge Anthony is great. The maintenance and cleaning staff are wonderful

Hello! Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We truly appreciate it. If there is anything we can do to make your experience better, please feel free to contact us. Best, Coda at Bryant St Team
This property management team is non existent. If you have any questions or problems you have to call the neighboring property, even if you need to contact the concierge. Noise complaints are useless. I wake up and go to sleep to constant loud noises from the unit above me, and since they know nothing will be done, it happens every day. There is a constant marijuana smell in the hallways to the point where the odor seeps into my unit. The staff is unprofessional from the property manager to the concierge. The residents are rude and inconsiderate. The area is bad due to the apartment next to it. The rent is not worth the lack of amenities. The only useful amenity is the gym. I was never shown the entrance to the rooftop in my tour so I don’t even know where it is. Other older Bozzuto properties are better managed with 24 hour concierge. To make a long story short this property needs to stop making it seems like it’s a good place to live and actually make it one.
