They deserve negative stars. They come into your apartment without notice multiple times. Don’t respond to maintenance request. Have terrible communication. I got a text message that my apartment flooded, no phone call just a text, and had to call and follow up myself to get updates. The 3rd party companies that they use leave a complete mess that the don’t cleanup at all, moved everything, damage personal property and they hold no accountability over them. I was told “all we can do is report it to supervisors.” They cut the water off every other week, multiple days in a row for hours. Don’t bother reporting anything to the office, that was pointless also. Would never recommend this complex to anyone.

I have lived here since 2020, and the location is only getting worse. Recently, a woman was robbed at gunpoint right outside my apartment, and I have seen multiple arrests in my time here. It’s maybe every other week there are 6 police officers standing around outside an apartment dealing with a crime. My balcony ceiling caved in and destroyed my patio furniture. When I say caved in, I mean that the entire ceiling just fell apart in the middle of the night. Good thing no one was out there or they would’ve been seriously injured! It took around 2 months before someone came to my apartment to fix it and clean it, and they asked me for help. There are many people that come to this complex who don’t live here and park in the back to do/sell drugs. I have seen fights occur from my apartment window in the middle of the night. On top of all of this, the complex itself is messy, and has trash everywhere. They don’t clear the dumpster often enough, and it causes a horrible site of piled up trash to be right near the entrance of the apartment. I know the apartment is cheap, that’s why I have stayed here, but trust me when I tell you that it is not worth it.

I have lived here for about 1.5 years now. First, work orders will not be processed timely. If you ask the property staff for ETA's or updates about a work order, expect to get the run around. There was a major leak a few appartments over and the water flooded my kitchen space causing the particle board cabinets to fall apart. This happened over a week ago. The wet, soggy partial board cabinet is still collapsed in the corner of my kitchen, mostly likely an effort by maintenance to hide the staggering amount of mold and rat dropping they uncovered when assessing the leak. Please note, no effort was made by maintenance to remove the mold or piles or rat droppings. Maintenance sprayed the area with a blench solution and shoved the cabinet back against the wall to cover up the mold and piles of rat droppings. The actions of maintance and front office staff regarding this matter scream laziness and incompetence. This is not the first work order I have had to put in, each time I have had to call the front office multiple times to get the issues address. I'll receive text/emails letting me know the work order was completed, even when no maintenance personal had shown up to even access the issue, much less actually fix the problem. I could go on about the other issues I'm encountering regarding maintenance, but feel i should move on to cover other issues the property experiences. Second, the trash area is in constant disarray. Large piles of trash, broke furniture, old mattresses, and grocery carts constantly populate the garbage area. This makes it embarrassing to have guest over as the garbage area is located very close to the main entrance. The trash is not contained to the garbage area though. It is very common to find full discarded trash bags, grocery carts, food waste and cook bones throughout the entire property. This makes walking your pets rather dangerous. I've personally had to save my dogs from choking on cooked chicken bones several times. While walking the property you can find trash embedded in the soil and scattered throughout the small wooded area adjacent to the complex. This shows years of obvious neglect. Same as my first point, I could continue to provide examples but feel I've made my point. Ultimately, the staff of this complex show a flagrant disregard for their tenants, resolving issues, and keeping the property clean. I could not in good faith reccomend anyone move to this complex.

i lived in one of their properties in Charlotte for several years and paid near $900 deposit before i could move in. upon my exit back in july i was told that the apt was perfect and to expect a full refund of my deposit within 30 days. it is now 3 months later NO refund. i have called at least 30 times and they do not not answer their phones. spoken with Amanda and others numerous times said they would call me back but that NEVER occurred. Beware of this practice.

I just moved in an my apartment is infested roaches
When I talked to the lady on the phone she was Very Nice. I set up a appointment get info on a one bedroom everyone I talked to was Very Pleasant and Professional although I got approved at another location I am Sure I would have been satisfied. All pricing and qualifications were laid out to me and all my questions answered. GREAT EXPERANCE.
I went to visit this place a month prior to applying and was given pricing sheets etc. After realizing they were the cheapest in the area I called to inquire about the application process and the preferred employer program. The lady on the line had great tone and was really helpful with letting me know the discounts I received and that my administrative fee would be refunded if I decided I didn't want the apartment. Which is great for me because I wasn't quite set due to some personal things I had happening. I came to the office that next morning and completed my application. I was approved but before I was approved I was contacted that they had missed a request for an extension which was fine and asked if my move in dates were flexible. They were so I agreed. I have to relocated to LA so when called to cancel my admin fee because that's what I was told I was met with the 72 hour window. Now my issue with thos entire thing is that the property manager is holding me to a clause that was given to me on a sheet a paper a month prior to me actually applying. She states he two employee stated that's not how the conversation went we she hadn't confirmed who I spoke two and like they would willingly admit to wrong doing. I'm just overall disappointed in how this office functions and handle customer concerns. Two people on the office had very condescending tones and I was wondering how they maintain employment but I know understand it's from the lack of leadership and accountability when it comes to customer complaints. Hopefully their corporate and revisit policy and employment for their current team. You should not have to spend 300.00 more a month to have clear cut policy or accountability for staff
This was my first apartment on my own. I had a one bedroom on the second floor with no one above me, which was nice. It's a quiet complex once you get used to the planes flying over since it's close the the airport. The maintenance staff has always fixed my requests within a day of me submitting an issue. Overall, a good value if you're looking to save money.
I originally feel in love with my apartment complex when I viewed the model. My actual apartment has old cabinets and counter tops and not the ones that where on showcase in the model. Maintainance comes in your apartment without notice saying it is monthly maintenance... Whatever that means... Management and staff seem not to be on the same page. One good thing is that the rent is affordable.
