Cole Townhomes is a 36-unit townhome complex located just south of Como Ave SE along Cole Avenue, about a mile and a half from the U of M East Bank campus. The townhomes are in a great location central to the SE Como, Marcy Holmes and Dinkytown neighborhoods of Minneapolis as well as Highway 280 and Saint Paul. They are large, three level homes that come with a garage stall and an outdoor parking space included in the rent. Each townhome also includes a full-size washer and dryer, spacious closets, private entrance, deck, dishwasher, garbage disposal and central A/C. Additionally, Cole Townhomes allows dogs! With its great location central to so many hotspots in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Cole Townhomes is perfect for roommates who may go to school or conduct business in different locations across the Twin Cities and would like to be centrally located for all.
