We moved from 500 miles away to live here in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. It was scary, but Mequeeta and the staff at Coleson Creek made our transition exciting and smooth. We rented the apartment from just what we saw online, and it was exactly as it's shown. The apartment was perfect for us and fulfilled the needs we had as a family of 3. After moving to the area and finding a home to purchase several months later, our exit process was seamless as well. The staff communicates their expectations very well, and there are no surprise fees that happen. The entire process was so enjoyable and pleasant for us that I still have a great relationship with Mequeeta! Finding Coleson Creek was a huge blessing on our journey to call the Smoky Mountains HOME!

I fell in love with these apartments as soon as i moved into them they are just so beautiful and on top of that the pool and workout center is a plus and the apartment manager mequeeta is very nice and helpful with any questions you have. I love living here and don’t plan on ever moving

I love the new appliances and private back deck.Great location outside of all the heavy traffic.And I get my money's worth at the workout facilitie and swimming pool.

First, getting furniture up the tight stairs was difficult; but the bathroom is more roomy than the bedrooms with just beds in them. Second, why couldn't they make them a bit wider as it feels like you are sitting right in front of the tv because the distance between the two walls is slim. Was all excited because they were new, but no door on the linen closet.....dust catchall in this tiny closet. The price for the 2 bedroom is exorbitant for what you get -- would prefer white appliances to get the extra room overall as stainless isn't exciting but room is. I will be looking for new digs so as not to throw money away in this cubbyhole. What were they thinking????
