I was looking for a place to live as a single person with a dog, and when I found The Collection during my search I knew I had found my next home. My neighbors are primarily young professionals and small families with 1-2 kids. Most residents including myself have dogs, and we love the dog park which has 2 separate enclosed areas for large and small dogs. Everyone is extremely respectful, and it’s the kind of neighborhood where a neighbor will hide your package from the rain or lend you a hand stringing up Christmas lights on your porch. I love feeling like I’m part of a neighborhood vs an apartment complex. Bonus is the office and maintenance staff are all so sweet!
I have absolutely enjoyed living here and will definitely be renewing here !!! Everyone is so sweet and great community from staff to neighbors

I moved in last December and the community was still in the building stage. As new areas were opened, the community kept things clean and tidy and the construction noise was low. As the community was finished, it has turned into a safe, fun filled place to live. Very dog and pet friendly place to live. Very nice!!!

Great experience viewing the property. The apartment has been great with only a few issues. Main issue is it seems like parking wasn’t thought through during building and some places are missing the driveway they are supposed to have. The only other thing is my patios second glass pane shattered and it’s been months with still no replacement .

The facility is in top shape and staff is very kind and helpful!! My favorite is the Gym, it is always so clean and the machines are very nice, great place to workout. Maintenance comes and fixes issues very promptly.

I just moved into Collection at Gruene and it is so wonderful. From the first time I toured with Karlee, throughout the application process with Karlee and Klia, to move-in day it has been an amazing experience. I was tired of living the apartment life and wanted something bigger, with a home vibe, quiet, but still near some life. I get all of that with Collection at Gruene. I am a 5 min bike ride and quick walk to Gruene. The community is so quiet and the neighborhoods are very friendly. I had several things that needed to get fixed when I moved in. It was too late on the Friday I moved in but Monday morning Mike was in my townhome getting every work order completed. He was so friendly and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. The gym is stunning and has some amazing equipment in it. You can get a great workout. I had prayed a lot to make sure this was the right move for me and God definitely delivered when He guided me to Collection at Gruene. I am thankful.

I love the homey feel to this community. It’s a great design for a townhome with the back to back adjoined homes and private yard with patio and privacy fence. We are in a smaller unit that is cozy yet big enough to meet our needs. Nice large bathroom and bedroom big enough for our king size bed and bedroom furniture. Great pool, clubhouse and patio. The office staff is friendly, and helpful. The dog park is perfect for our dogs. We are looking forward to our stay here!

Living in this apartment has been a real test of patience. Flexibility regarding payment mistakes? Forget it. The gates are constantly malfunctioning, and you're constantly dealing with things breaking down, they have requested to enter unsolicited around 20 times to fix various problems. Pool hours were cut short three days a week for cleaning—one of the few amenities we actually get. Our "yard" is now just dead grass. The gym is constantly overrun with teenagers and people who don't live there. The excess fees are absurd, and to top it off, no option for a decent WiFi provider (which routinely goes down.) Neither of our outdoor lights function properly and the whole place seems like a fire hazard. These were built fast and cheap. Find a place that's more accommodating and less of a hassle.

We moved back in June and before moving in we got the chance to view a bunch of choices and fell for a 2 bedroom with a garage and move in process was so smooth, love the front desk environment and maintenance(communication and speed on from the maintenance team here and the front desk is fantastic) and amenities are amazing

Just wish the dog park was larger and the yards larger but other than that service is great , safe environment and friendly environment and they get this taken care of fast

Amazing community, and amazing staff. They are so helpful when you need it. The amenities are great! There’s a gym, a game room, starbucks coffee, a beautiful pool, and a dog park! I couldn’t ask for better! Definitely recommend living here.

Collection at Gruene was our first choice as a new residence. It is just down the road from my old apartment. The application process was very smooth and we were able to get our move-in date exactly when we wanted it. The move-in process was simple and fast! I love my new home and all the beautiful features and amenities. The back patio is a great addition to our home. I love the grounds, the pool, the gym, and all the wonderful people in the community. Aside from some normal hangups, like Wi-Fi, being intermittent, construction mess, the normal things that go wrong in a new building. The people are very nice, the service is very nice, the facility is very nice.

I just moved in but I visited a few times first and just love Collection At Gruene! The girls in the office are super friendly and helpful, and Mike took care of my minor maintenance requests quickly. Moving is always a little overwhelming but I'm so glad i found this neighborhood!

We moved into The Collection at Gruene on May 10, 2024. The construction of our beautiful home took two months. Before moving here, we lived at another apartment complex. When we first saw the building of Collection at Gruene, we were intrigued. It's like living in a little town in a town home community. Everything from the street names to the garages to the pool, gym and game room. Opening the gate from my phone or telling "Siri" to do it for me is great. These are just a few of the perks. So what's the real perk? It's the staff. Especially Maria, the manager, who's so sweet, empathetic, caring and genuine. This community is her baby, and she takes pride in it. As for the maintenance crew, I know them very well as 2 of them worked at my previous complex, and they helped us get where we are today. This is the place if you want a little neighborhood feel. The place is amazing. I love it. No plans to go anywhere. :)
