My first impression of this place wasn't the best, but after living here for nearly 6 mo. my opinion has improved. I will chalk it up to a newly built complex, working out the kinks, and it was a TX summer when I moved in. 5 stars to the staff! They're ready and willing to help w/any concerns. Often, they're building up the community w/events. And as new as it is, I feel like they're doing what they can to make it feel like home. - They have several amenities & services to offer residents. Location is well-situated. Big complex dog park available. Cons: The builder did a cheap job (not staff's fault); there are other places in the same price range that offered better quality and design. However, I've been making it home despite the builder's shortcuts. My yard always has stagnant water ponding, and the dog park doesn't drain well either. I hope to see the community improving and flourishing into the new year. Keep up the strong work maintenance & clubhouse team!

Beautiful homes, all the amenities you could imagine, friendly staff and neighbors with plenty to do in surrounding areas. All the restaurants and activities in around are fairly easy to get to and minutes away for a quick trip out to grab dinner.

This place has beautiful grounds and views all the way around. It is very well maintained. The interior is very well laid out and brand new. Amenities and pool are excellent

Everyone in the front office is very nice and willing to help. I would appreciate more doggy duty stations throughout the complex, especially closer to the units near the golf course. However I understand the too priority is getting leases filled with tenants.

Drawn in by specials and new paint, myself and several residents of the community have talked and feel duped by the poorly constructed, cheaply built homes that we all understand now, we’ll be paying way too much for. Many of us pet owners are frustrated that the dog park isn’t done with no real alternatives. And if the next Indiana Jones movie needs a venue to shoot another terrifying ANTS insect scenario, they should visit this complex. The amount of cosmetic issues range from paint on the floors and fixtures to incomplete caulking to cheap flat paint that shows every thumb print. One of the biggest complaints I have is the lack of a storage space…there’s no storage closet, no space to put my laundry products, no space to put my brooms and mop, nothing for jackets, etc. My opinion right now, it’s okay to get by but overall disappointing. I’m already thinking of when the lease is up.
