I absolutely love living here, the community is so open and welcoming. I love that we have access to a dog park and aren’t very far from the main road. It’s a plus that we have an app to open our gates and mail room!
Trash is always picked up on time with no problems. Pool and gym are always clean. Really nice residents and the staff are easy to work with. I highly recommend this community.

Beautiful homes, all the amenities you could imagine, friendly staff and neighbors with plenty to do in surrounding areas. All the restaurants and activities in around are fairly easy to get to and minutes away for a quick trip out to grab dinner.

Everyone in the front office is very nice and willing to help. I would appreciate more doggy duty stations throughout the complex, especially closer to the units near the golf course. However I understand the too priority is getting leases filled with tenants.

Kyle, thank you for your excellent rating and for recognizing our hardworking and friendly team. We know pets are family and love creating an accessible community for our pet parents. We appreciate your suggestion about the stations and will look into this.
Drawn in by specials and new paint, myself and several residents of the community have talked and feel duped by the poorly constructed, cheaply built homes that we all understand now, we’ll be paying way too much for. Many of us pet owners are frustrated that the dog park isn’t done with no real alternatives. And if the next Indiana Jones movie needs a venue to shoot another terrifying ANTS insect scenario, they should visit this complex. The amount of cosmetic issues range from paint on the floors and fixtures to incomplete caulking to cheap flat paint that shows every thumb print. One of the biggest complaints I have is the lack of a storage space…there’s no storage closet, no space to put my laundry products, no space to put my brooms and mop, nothing for jackets, etc. My opinion right now, it’s okay to get by but overall disappointing. I’m already thinking of when the lease is up.

Love it all here from the pool, to the game rooms and can’t forget about the super easy trash service! 10/10 recommend also very close to the outlets and restaurants!!

Living in Collection Champions Circle has been a delightful experience for my wife and me. We love the stylish design of our townhome and the excellent amenities available. The community is warm and welcoming, with kind neighbors and remarkably friendly staff. The property is amazing! I love my home and the office staff seems great. I do however think it’s crazy that they offer incentives for referrals and have yet to pay them out more after 30 days of living there and the office staff has no date for them.

These are luxury townhomes in a great location right next to a golf course and close by a shopping center. The units are spacious and have quality appliances/amenities. My favorite part about the unit is the attached porch and small backyard that is perfect for having a nice dinner or practicing my golf swing. Would recommend for any young families or couples.

Now that I am almost fully settled in I love everything! My backyard , the gym, and the beautiful pool. I am so happy that I took the leap to move here and get a 2 bedroom house. It doesnt feel small at all! I went from the country to the city life.
Moved in yesterday and loving the place so far!!!! Can not wait to try out the pool and my husband is so excited about the gym. My dogs are enjoying their little yard!
