Ok so far We've been here 1 month and so far ok. When we first moved in, we had to unpack everything we just out away because pest control was coming for an ant issue. Since theyve come out (4 times) weve seen more ants then ever. Also, the parking lines are horrible and need to be repainted so folks can actually see where to park at. The office staff is very nice and helpful.
Move in I’m new to the community.. So far so good.. I was greeted with very thoughtful gifts.. I’ve had prompt response to my work order.. I can’t find anything to complain about.. The grounds up keeping is awesome and i feel at peace.. The only thing i don’t like is the tenants will double park making it hard for someone else to park and the parking is already limited..

Move_In The office staff have been nothing short of amazing and helpful through the whole process. We are very pleased with how the move went.
I am pleased I appreciate the quick turn around and replacing the refrigerator bulb.
Over all good My move in process at leasing office was excellent. Although when I checked the apartment, there are few things I will like to highlight that needs attention. Kitchen cabinet are not well furnished, there are roughly edges and the wooden compartments inside the cabinets have roughy surface. Also you should change regular hinges with soft closing ones. The A/C went outside is too loud, should have kept at a little more distance than the apartment wall. Even the A/C went inside the apt is loud. Some of the newly painted areas in kitchen is chipping off, that's not good. Rest is all good. Thank you!
Safe and friendly environment The management and maintenance teams are extraordinary! Everyone is friendly and helpful. A problem with an alarm system in my apartment was responded to immediately. Other requests have been met within 24 hours. The apartment complex is safe, and the grounds and apartments are well maintained. I highly recommend living here.
It took over a week for the request to be fulfilled, but I appreciate that it was completed and done well.
Awesome Service Service request are always done in a timely manner. Great quality of work as well.

Broken A/C My a/c was blowing out hot air Thursday night, so I decided to put in a work order on the apartment's app. By Friday, maintenence showed up to my apartment to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem could not be solved that day, but I was left with two portable cooling units. By Saturday my a/c was fixed and I still had the two portable cooling units just in case. Monday when I arrived home from work the two cooling units were picked up and my a/c works better than ever! Me and a friend of mine were really impressed with how fast everything was solved.
Love it here!! My only complaint is the speed bumps are a bit much lol
Nice College Courts has its pros and cons Very clean and quiet Staff nice and helpful only thing that bothers me is that You can not keep your barbecue grill outside on the balcony after your done barbecuing. But most of all nice garbages area clean.
I love this place! Quiet, and clean community. Everything I need is nearby.

College Courts of Nora I loved staying here. The complex supervisors’ office is wonderful and friendly and they are always here to help. There is always a quick response to solve some malfunctions that may occur with the home’s equipment. This is a wonderful thing and it has happened to me before. We hope that the rental cost will not increase because it is at its maximum.

Water improvement I’m not sure what is being done differently but at least in my area or perhaps particularly my apartment, the hard water seems to have improved more than 50%! My Brita water putters no longer are collecting hard water stained, and when I use my sous vide cooking device, it usually gets clogged with hard water after at least 4 uses which I’ve not had to clean it for a while! And after use the water bath no longer has particles of hard water floating in it!

I needed my front door replaced because my apartment was broken into. Zach and Jr were amazing. They came right away when they heard, they wanted to make sure that I was safe. They stayed well past closing to replace my front door. They were very professional as always.

Office staff was wonderful and so helpful! This apartment is more than I hoped for! It’s a small one bedroom but has 3 large closets for storage. I love that the laundry and mailbox is in the unit! Move in was great and I’m very thankful to have my own place!

I have been "dealing" with this apartment complex for over a month! The minute I walked onto the property, I knew I wanted to live here. In addition, I was willing to wait until the exact apartment opened up that I wanted. The office staff, from the get go were so incredibly friendly and put up with me calling every third day to see if an apartment opened up. When one did, we were all excited. This is absolutely the perfect apartment! So many closets and open space; all updated. Even though they have a sign out front that says "hiring maintenance", when I had a problem, they were here within 10 minutes. Kiddos to everyone that works in the office and the maintenance guys. Everyone here goes above what is expected of them! I'm so glad I can call this my new home!

I have complain more than 3x because my neighbors are VERY LOUD at night with music and stomp loud. The office management doesn't do a thing. I keep hearing them even after quiet hours. It's crazy thinking this apartments were quiet when I first move in and now I just want to leave. They always say we are going to send them a "curiosity letter or call" to remind them about our quiet hours but that DOES NOT seem to help. Management doesn't eve listen and I hate that I m having this experience and NOTHING can be done.

Lived at College Courts of Nora for one year (moved due to job relocation). In my opinion, this is one of the best value apartments you can find ~30min from downtown and ~10min from Carmel. Very friendly management and responsive maintenance staff. The only bad thing (aside from normal apartment noise but you get that anywhere) was that the pool was routinely closed during the summer(pre covid). If you are looking for a budget apartment this is the spot.

living here is pretty quiet and peaceful, it is a WONDERFUL location, close to so much! there’s not really any maintenance issues (that i’m aware of)?? and when there has been, they’ve been tended to in a timely manner. i would definitely recommend living here if you want a nice and quiet place to live. the only sad part is that there’s no pets but honestly, it’s nice without barking and noises/smells that come along with pets!

We lived there for a year and a year only. Maintenance is beyond pathetic and rude. It’s not hard to fix simple things, management is very behind the eight ball on everything. It is really easy to have pets there honestly so disregard the no pet policy we had animals
Ive been a resident for over 3 years at college courts and the main reason why i’ve stayed is because its a great location in the city. I recently transferred to a new unit back in september and noticed loud noises in my attic directly above my head where i sleep at night. I informed the office on more than one occasion about the animals in the attic which we found out where racoons and squirrels. As i type this it has been 9 months and i still have the same problem and its frustrating. They are really loud an wake you up at night and it is obvious they dont care about damage being done up there.
Maintenance is horrible! I will definitely update this review with a more positive message if my experience changes, but since moving in 2 weeks ago, there have been 2 outstanding maintenance requests that have not been addressed. I feel like the staff lied to me directly when I asked how long maintenance requests take to get fixed. I was told a day or two maximum. I understand busy times and the need to access certain areas to fix the issues but regardless, this is unacceptable in my opinion. If you can’t attend to the tenants requests in a timely manner, maybe it makes sense to hire more people? Just a thought.

At the point of writing this, I have been living here for over a year and it has been a fantastic place to live! It is in a very convenient location, only being 2 minutes to get to I-465 and it’s 15 minutes or less to get anywhere in North Indy. Management of this property is great, updates are always happening at the moment and inproving this place greatly; after the first of the month rush maintenance is usually same day or one-two days depending on the issue submitted, and everyone is super friendly. This is a great place for anyone starting out in a variety of ways (first place to live alone, first family home, cheaper than college dorms living, etc.) and even better for people downsizing or in the middle of a big change in their life. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
I've lived here a little over a year and I can honestly say they don't commicate when things are being done. My apartment got flossed by the neighbors above me and it took them 11.5 hours to put fans in my apartment. They still haven't fixed everything. Now my front windows leak when it rains but they say they are replacing windows but can't give me a date as to when this will be done. In the mean time I have towels in my window. They are painting the buildings which is great but you should tell people when they are doing your building. It's horrible here. Don't live here.
