Property Ratings at College Heights Apartments
Lived here for 2.5 years and never had a problem. The complex is in a quiet part of town with grocery stores nearby for convenience. The unit was large and had all the basic necessities included. The property manager Elizabeth and her team were very attentive and helpful with any problems on the unit. Definitely a good place to rent if you're coming to live in Ridgecrest.
Best complex in Ridgecrest with a family feel. The manager Elizebeth makes you feel at home and handles any emergency that come up. Very quiet and safe place. Elizebeth works with you if you have questions or problems. Honestly greatest Manager. REAL MVP!!!!!!
I have been a Tenant for a few years and I must admit that the new managers Liz and David are amazing! They are really easy to talk to and are taking time to do all the repairs needed. I am very happy to have them as our new managers and can see the positive growth that will take place in this complex, if they keep moving in this direction. I also appreciate the fact that they do not make me feel blown off or as though I am a non-event. Liz and David take the time to really talk to you to see if they can fix your concern. Ironically the repairs are done fast and effective. I have had multiple repairs(10) in less than 40 days, which is so awesome considering the massive amount of requests that they have received. Its hard to come into a new place and have to deal with so much and be responsible for it all. But they are doing an awesome job! So appreciated! CHA Tenant
It has been a quiet place for me to study and sleep, I’m on the top floor and the neighbors I’ve met are polite.
I like my apartment, and it is the best one my husband and I have rented in Ridgecrest. However, the on-site management here, a married couple, is difficult to deal with, especially the husband: he is hostile, disrespectful, makes false accusations, and handles repairs in a disorganized fashion. It's sad because, as I say, this is a great apartment -- freshly painted with new fixtures, and located near Albertson's/Saveon, Walmart, Cerro Coso Community College, and a walking/biking path.
