College Hill has several types of apartments, so one is sure to fit your needs. We offer studio, 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans that are equipped as any typical apartment is, with fully equipped kitchens and some with laundry in-home. We also have 3 suite floor plans that are smaller, without kitchens or laundry for those who don't need them, or who are more budget-conscious. The suites share a large community kitchen and have access to our on-site laundry. Some apartments and suites are furnished when we have furniture available to do so. Our community spaces are extensive, with a large community room, a comfortable lobby area with a coffee bar, a fully equipped fitness center, and a fire pit outside. Our entrance is controlled access, and we offer free, off-street parking, which is rare in Downtown Des Moines. College Hill is located across the street from Wells Fargo Arena and the Iowa Events Center, so you'll be able to easily walk to Iowa's best concerts and events. The skywalk is just a couple of blocks away as well, so you can get around all of downtown quickly and easily inside. We are also right across the street from Mercy College of Health Sciences and have classrooms inside of our building, so if you're a student, living at College Hill is very convenient.
