Georgetown is a small and secluded city located about twenty miles inland from Dewey Beach in south central Delaware. The cozy Downtown district revolves around Georgetown Circle (locally known simply as “The Circle”), with the historic Town Hall, Sussex County Courthouse, and numerous other vintage buildings lending a timeless charm to this part of the city. Georgetown’s rich cultural diversity helps give the city a unique personality, creating a vibrant community atmosphere wherever you go.
One of the city’s most popular landmarks is the Georgetown Speedway, which regularly draws huge crowds from across the region. In addition to the ocean being just a short drive to the east, the region surrounding Georgetown is packed with vast nature preserves, providing endless opportunities to spend quality time outdoors.

Property Ratings at College Park Apartments and Rental Homes
Beautiful apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. You can walk to shopping and restaurants.
Very roomy for a 1 br. Brand new with plenty of parking. Close to everything! We love the ponds nearby, so we can hear the geese and ducks. Staff is very quick to address any issues. We couldn't be happier!
I love my apartment and the area in general. The bedrooms are a nice size and the layout is perfect. If I ever have any concerns or questions, the front office people are great to deal with. They are helpful, courteous and quick to tackle any problems that may arise. In addition, they genuinely want me to enjoy living here by offering places of interest to visit or enhance my lifestyle.
One star instead of zero bc maintenance is quick and responsive. These apartments look nice but are so cheaply constructed I hear my next door neighbor’s morning alarm, I can hear them opening drawers - my upstairs neighbors are a NIGHTMARE! Loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate. I have to bang on the ceiling w a broom stick or shout at them to be quiet. Luckily for me I don’t have to shout too loud bc the walls are paper thin so they quiet down but it’s 1126p on a Wednesday and they’re running - I don’t know if they’re exercising or something but it shakes my walls beneath them! 6 UNANSWERED calls to the front office during normal business hours (admittedly I only left 1 voicemail) but ZERO response from them to help address the issue of loud inconsiderate people. Trash piles up in the dumpster FAST - it’s not large enough to accommodate all of the tenants. Do yourself a favor - rent elsewhere if you can! I wish I could.
I had a tour of the two bedroom today and was very impressed. The apartment is very roomy and the kitchen is beautiful. Can't wait to move in.
