Gillette is situated in the northeastern corner of Wyoming, nestled between the Bighorn Mountains and the Black Hills in the Powder River Basin. Known for its production of the nation’s coal, it’s often referred to as the “Energy Capital of the Nation.” Though coal influenced its name, the supportive community and rich history is what keeps this suburb thriving. Residents of Gillette appreciate the abundance of city parks filled with athletic fields, dog parks, small lakes, and nature trails, not to mention the nearby golf courses.

Buyer beware. Our personal experience is we had lived here for 4 years, had no pets & caused no damages yet we lost in excess of our security deposit. We cleaned that townhome meticulously and with a fine tooth comb. Still they charged us for eight hours to go over all areas already cleaned by ourselves. Then they went on to claim the carpet in the master bedroom had been damaged yet it had not been and they charged us for repair just so they could save money on replacement because a carpet is naturally replaced after 4 years. IMPORTANT: When renting from them I can't stress enough take pictures before moving in and when moving out so this doesn't happen to you. They will get very confrontational with you if you even request to view any pictures of the unit you rent and will accuse you of personally attacking them. We WILL NOT and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Per previous conversations and documentation, this review is not a true accounting of the details of this tenants level of cleaning and responsibilities towards the move out process. All tenants are provided with a cleaning checklist and guidelines, pictures are taken at all move outs, and this particular tenant was offered several opportunities to continue to work in their unit without additional charges. If the tenant would like to authorize us to share the details that include the checklist provided along with pictures we would be happy to oblige.
