Huge Townhouse
We lived in one of the townhouses, they were HUGE! They had just redone them with granite and stainless in the kitchen. My roommates and I each had our own room which was nice. Super close to campus!

Great apartments, great management
Best apartments close to campus. Very well maintained and management is very responsive. Will be back next year.

False claims and shady business model
Yes, the townhomes look amazing. Although, they are not entirely what you would expect. After a tour of one of the apartments, we were told that a dishwasher would be part of the Aberdeen townhomes, we had really wanted a dishwasher and were looking forward to this, apparently they will not be included. Our price was not adjusted for this false information and we only found out that they were leaving out these amenities (more than just the dishwasher, the basement was reduced in size and several doors were removed in addition to the kitchen being smaller) after we went and toured again closer to our move-in time. I would not recommend this business to potential tenants.
