Property Ratings at College Park Town House Apartments
My experience here was not a good one. however the property my have its upsides. I'll start with the bad. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors cleaning there house, listening to music, watching TV, ext. The living space is very small. The heating and air conditioning units is very old and does not work very well. Can get hot in the summer months. This is not a place for families. Would be perfect for singles, or roommates. Great location, just a block away from downtown shopping, perfect spot to see all downtown parades. Walking distance from restaurants and grocery store's.
