Mint a fan of how utility bill is paid and sees higher than other places. Maintenance was were slow this year as well. More parking spaces should be available or have designated spots. Can’t find parking most days

The amenities are very nice for a great price. I've had bad experiences with realty companies in the past but TSN is excellent. The ceilings are a little thin so be aware that if you're not living on the top floor, you're playing the lottery with how loud your upstairs neighbors will be. In general, though, no major complaints. Having your own bathroom is a massive plus, the staff are all friendly, and the amenities are decent. The only thing holding me back from giving five stars is the ceiling thing.

I honestly really enjoy living here. I think that the place is really nice. I love how nice the people are in the office. I really like the way that the rooms are set up so I’m not directly next to my roommates. I really appreciate the resident portal makes everything really easy to access, it’s not difficult or hard. my mother is a single mom so the rent being affordable is a really nice touch along with the amenities that the building has like the pool. overall I’m really excited to be here and I can’t wait for next year

The community is very well managed and kept. The staff is always polite and welcoming. I haven’t had any problems so far living here. This is the third student apartments I’ve lived in while at ISU, and this is by far the best one!

The moving in process was so easy but parking is terrible. There is not nearly enough spots for residents. If I come home past 8 pm I have to park in the visitor parking because there are no open spaces anywhere else. Also I was placed in an apartment with a cat when I specifically put no pets on my application and I was not notified that I would be living with a cat before I moved in.

it's cool lol. i had to go buy a router & that stressed me out for 2 weeks straight cause there were no specific instructions on where or which one to get. the living room tv still don't got no signal but other than that, so far i LOVE it. i love the amenities & the front door parking. as well as where it is. it's by circle k, shells, the grocery store, beauty supply, & even the expressway. packages get dropped off right to the door. AC BUSSING, overall it's sweet.

Older place, needed a lot fixed once I moved in, but all good now and very homey. The balcony is great, courtyards have grills, bags, sand volleyball, and a pool. Lots of outside life, which I love.

So far pretty good. We have only ran into a few issues such as our AC not working, but that was fixed within a couple of days. Wealso had issues with our dryer not fully working. The rest of our experience has been pretty good.

So far, I have enjoyed living here. Thankfully I was put on the first floor, so moving in was a breeze! The rooms and everything were clean, but forgettable places like the shower door and the sink were a little dirty. The toilet paper holder and towel racks were damaged. The utility doors are all banged up and rusted. My roommates are nice, but they stay up late when I’m trying to sleep. Other than that, I love almost everything about the Social Normal!

My favorite place to be. Nice area, lots of activities to do, safe place. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors. Maintenance is great and so are all of the staff in the office.

There were some issues with our unit upon moving in (not very clean, requested cleaning to be redone, living room fan doesn't work, remote did not come with batteries and is missing the back, the AC thermostat's batteries died on the 3rd day of the lease and the air stopped working, other minor damages and things that required maintenance requests). The staff was very welcoming when I arrived and have been very pleasant when I have spoken with them. There was an issue with a maintenance vendor entering the wrong apartment (my apartment) unexpectedly. When I spoke to office staff about this concern they addressed it very quickly and were apologetic for the issue. I did appreciate it being investigated and addressed so quickly. So, overall there have been some concerns and issues, but hopefully, they will be resolved. The apartments themselves are very nice and the amenities seem to be good. I've used the pool a few times and I enjoy that they have bathrooms in the pool area.

Would’ve been 5 stars but some of the front desk ladies are rude. Also, the non renovated apartments are not the nicest. Have had issues with transparency and good communication with the people who work here

My resident experience went very good. The area is very peaceful. I didn’t have a difficult time moving in. The staff is really friendly and great at what they do.

It is such a nice place to live my first night There was really nice. The only thing was early in the morning, hearing all of the cars on the highway, But I feel very safe and secure in my apartment and it feels like home

i love it here i have my own 2 bed use the grills all the time so pretty great pool. beautiful place to live i love it so much i’ve renewed my lease
