Property Ratings at College Suites Peosta
The rooms are nice and clean, as are the apartments, but the rest of the grounds aren't that great. The gym has limited equipment, the parking lot is not that well taken care of, as well as the sidewalks (they are always covered with snow in the winter and aren't plowed until LONG after a snow, if at all), the hallways and stairwells are always dirty and have pieces of trash in them. Management has a person come and clean every Friday, and they only clean a few windows, not any of the hallways, stairwells, or elevator, which has handprints all over it (even when someone did clean the first floor spot, it just had streaks on it afterword). It is reasonably priced, but it is not a place for those who are profectionist or those who can't live in a bit of dirt.
