Ferry Pass sits squarely on the eastern side of Northeast Pensacola and is bisected by Interstate 10. The southern section of Ferry Pass is largely comprised of the Pensacola International Airport. The area surrounding Pensacola International Airport consists of a mix of cozy single-family homes and manicured apartment complexes. Ferry Pass is just seven miles northeast of the city center, and the area provides easy bridge access to the scenic Escambia Bay. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, Northeast Pensacola, much like the rest of the city, is a beach lover's dream. There’s a diverse rental market here, and the landscape is dotted with restaurants and shops of all types.

Property Ratings at College Vue
If I could give a 0 star, I would. Moved in February of this year and it was filthy. Had not been cleaned at all. Mold in fridge, walls, ac vents (was growing out of vents on the wall), in sink, behind bed, it was disgusting. We called office and they said “sorry, apartment is as is”. Not safe for people to live in and they claim to do “inspections” quarterly. They don’t. My boyfriend and I moved out 8 months later and we STILL had black mold all in the ac vents on the day of us moving out and months of complaining. After moving out, we got charged for all of the previous renters damages that were complained about day of the move in. over $3000 for both me and my boyfriend. $6000 all together for charged damages. Do not live here! Its terrible.
This place is excellent for UWF students and non students too. Perfect distance to campus. Lots of parking compared to other apartments in the area too.

I have been living at College Vue for 2 years now and it is absolutely amazing. The workers are very friendly and will help you with any needs you have no matter how big the situation is. The amenities here are like no other apartment around for the price you pay monthly in rent. Super nice space when moving in. I plan to stay here for as long as I am in Pensacola!

when I was looking for an apartment, I looked at several different apartment and I was looking at the prices. but when I arrived I was so happy to live in a fabulous place, the leasing office was very helpful and understanding, they make living in a college apartment a dream come true, the air conditions is always working well and the wifi is very fast and when you have a problem the Maintance team is there quickly which is why this is the best place to live ever even though there might be few negative review, don't let that stop you from leasing in this dream of a great place

Hello, Thank you so much for leaving our team and property a detailed review! We also appreciate the 5 stars!
After many years of living in various student apartments, College Vue takes the cake for being the absolute worst place to live. Upon receiving my keys, I walked into an apartment that had not been cleaned or even wiped down with a Clorox wipe. Pee stains were left in toilets and mold was seen across most surfaces. When I approached management, they eloquently said "sorry, but mistakes happen." The cleanliness of the apartment was only a fraction of the issues I had with the complex. If you have any issues at all, don't bother calling the leasing office. Their policy is deflect, deflect, deflect.

Hello,Thank you for leaving a great review for Bri!She is great for our team and to everyone!
If I could give this property 0 stars I would. They will raise prices and add fees like water overages when you know for a fact no one in the unit is over using water. The units were filthy upon move in with down there hair all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. Not to mention getting pest control? That's a joke. This is absolutely a dressed up junky dorm but because they give you a pool and a gym they expect you to be happy.

Moved into a dirty apartment to find out there were bedbugs already leasing one of the rooms. Management did nothing until 4 complaints later which took from August to November to get someone to treat the apartment. 4 treatments later and the mgt made us pay for it as well. Don’t lease from here if you don’t want BEDBUGS!
College Vue completely took advantage of me and my roommates. They tried to charge me for trash in the middle of the street that they said had "my name" on it. When spoken to about it they said they had photo evidence and when I asked for it they somehow lost the photo. Don't get me wrong I had mess-ups as well, but they always tried pushing to far. My bathroom door had a crack in it and they charged me for it in my rent installments, which is completely understandable, but then tried charging me again in my last month. The ironic part is I moved out in May which I had let them know and turned in my keys early and I bet they thought I wouldn't notice. I have had office managers knocking at my door early in the morning and late at night without any notice. One time I came home from work around 10pm and my bedroom toilet was flooded throughout my bedroom leaking into the hallway, I called the late night number and no one answered, when I went to the office the next day they said someone would be there as soon as they were free. But it took three days of walking on soaked carpet and being sick due to it before I could get someone there to fix it. Then they charged me extra because they said I waited to long to tell them and it damaged the carpet, when they were the ones who took much to long to come and help there tenant. Not to mention the office is run by other college students who you would think would understand our struggles but in reality have no idea what they are doing and are obviously just trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Do yourself a favor and move into any other apartment you can, College Vue is a beautiful place but I promise you will end paying for much more than you deserve to. Made my college experience HORRIFIC!! Tried giving them zero stars but it wasn't possible :(
Oh, College Vue, where do I begin? The amenities are wonderful. Tanning bed is crucial for summer readiness, pool is a necessity 10 out of the 12 months, gate makes me feel safe, computer room is a lifesaver for last minute printing. The rooms are spacious enough, the furniture is nice enough, the layout has enough flow to warrant a "temporary home" kind of feel. They are quick to take care of anything malfunctioning in the apartment, and I have never had trouble getting ahold of someone in the office for any questions I might have....... Now, let's move on to why I'm moving out... They will come into your apartment unannounced and the only way you know they've been there is when you notice the little things out of place or different (like locking my door even though I have never locked my bedroom door). The Internet will break 5-7 times a week. They will charge you a $50 cleaning fee even though hairballs wrapped around your feet from the bedroom carpet when you moved in. They will charge for utilities if you like the air lower than 77. Other things have happened that prove no place is perfect. But for little ones looking for a first temporary home right after emerging from the nest, College Vur could be your place. But if you want to be treated like a real adult who has outgrown college life and lack of privacy, I might suggest finding some place else. Xoxo
College Vue is the worst apartment complex you could ever choose. They are only taking advantage of college students. They charge you for every little thing and walk into your bedrooms whenever they please without a 24 hour warning. The management for this complex do not care about you. They are extremely rude and are not helpful at all. Thankfully, they have hired a new property manager so things are a little better now. I feel sorry for anyone stuck in a lease for next year.
The apartment complex is super nice and well kept. The staff is super helpful and has always answered my questions. Every time I have needed help they were always there.
