I Love Where I Live!
Really loving this small community. Unlike most apartments, these are in a residential neighborhood at the end of a dead end road. No traffic except other residents. A lot of people have pets and are very respectful to clean up after them (this the 1st place this has not been an issue.) The new management team is fantastic - very responsive to work orders and general questions. Planning to stay here for many more years!

Don’t bother
Before the new owners bought our home we loved it there. The new owners took over and can’t be bothered to fix anything. We put multiple maintenance requests in and not a single thing was done. The new tenants in the apartment are rude and walk their dogs on our lawn. They allow their animals to deficate on our lawn with no repercussions. A dog came into our yard and attacked my dog and the landlord didn’t even put a fine on the other own. Mold grew in our house and the landlord, after being told for three months about it, still hasn’t fixed it. We put our notice in to break our lease. I wouldn’t waste your time here. It’s over priced and under cared for.
