Moving out after 10+ great years
The best kept secret in the Poughkeepsie area, often confused with Vassar College property, Collegeview Tower was my home for a decade as a 30/40 something and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, walkable apartment. Large, spacious units with big balconies and great views on the Raymond Ave side, overlooking Vassar. Mary and the staff are friendly and helpful, skip the new cheaply made and expensive units popping up everywhere, check out Collegeview before making your decision.
