Property Ratings at Collegiate Campus Student Apartments
Experienced a lack of heat last winter (they told us to turn on our ovens to heat apartments), the lobby always smelt like trash, fly infestation, several instances with poor management. Also, 6 weeks later and I haven’t received my security deposit (supposed to take a max of 3 weeks)!
This is the worst building I have ever lived in. Management is almost never in the office and maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed. We also had to call the health department due to thousands of flies in the garbage room.
My daughter has been living in this apartment building since August 2019 and the response to any maintenance issues has been excellent. Within a day or two they have been responsive to any issues that have arisen and rectified them to our complete satisfaction. The location and laundry in unit have been huge perks. She and her roommates have been so happy with this apartment that they have renewed their lease for next year. We highly recommend this building.
This is the perfect location for students. Next to all of the State Street restaurants as well as Langdon St. but still close to classes. The bedrooms are a bit small but the shared living area and kitchen are quite spacious. The office for Central Properties is also right down stairs so it is very easy to pay rent or if you have any problems. The workers are very friendly and always fix problems quickly. I recommend this building for college students.
