Property Ratings at Collier Park Apartments
I’ve lived here for 2 years and have loved it here. The maintenance staff are always so helpful, and the newly renovated apartments are like no other around!
2022 rent payment with 1992 kitchen and bathrooms. We moved in and the apartment was not clean, the closet is taped as a fix and we deal with loud, obnoxious and nasty neighbors. If you are good with neighbors that put their trash outside their door for days, have music so loud at all hours of days and nights and over pay for run down apartments then this is your dream. The staff is friendly but don’t follow through and maintenance is lazy. Hurry up lease term so we can move!
The apartments are old, and decrepit, but they are spacious, and more than enough for me, my fiancé and our big doggie. The service is excellent, and the team Loren, and Kelly that work up in the leasing office are amazing people, that will do anything to help. The maintenance guy is very friendly, and also goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues you may have are fixed in a timely manner. There is nothing bad I can say about collier park, we love it here!
