Property Ratings at Collins Off Colter II
I love it here. I just think they need more help on the maintenance side of things.
The residents who live at Paradise Palms care more about our community and property than Greystar Management does. Rent is currently being raised across the board (1,2,3 bedrooms) when no changes or updates have been completed, for most units, in years. The floor plan, design, and layout of these apartments is extremely rare as well as unique and beautiful, but is being overshadowed by the cheap features management has chosen to install and well as careless workmanship overall. Since my time living at Paradise Palms, numerous trees have come down and shrubs have died due to lack of care and sufficient watering. Soon it will have to be called Paradise Palm. Emails from management state "we care about our residents" and " our residents are important to us", but these statements do not align with how Paradise Palms is operated by management or its owner. Every detail about Paradise Palms is just simply put: a disappointment. Residents are not asking Greystar Management for the best; we are just asking for better.
Would not have believed that these town homes could be leased were it not for the online county parcel map! Friendly leasing staff, superb maintenance, excellent landscaping, wide parking places, pet friendly. Features spacious rooms, cathedral ceiling, warm lighting, new appliances, large closets and plentiful cupboard space. Light fixtures are works of art! We enjoy the convenient shopping and our kitties enjoy all the birds that fly by our balcony! In our voluminous living room, easily installed our HD 3D TV along with our home theater having 5.1 channel wireless surround sound. For 3D sources, we use cable On-Demand TV or Blu-ray media. Surround sound reproduced brilliantly with HD sources. For floor to floor connectivity, a wireless-AC router is sufficient. We plug the wireless A/C router into an Ethernet port of our DSL router and disable the DSL WiFi in favor of the wireless A/C router WiFi. Our wireless A/C router supports network accessible external storage, especially for storing media files used with the wireless home theater system. To keep us cool in the summer with a challenging west-facing window area measuring 108" by 132", installed four extra-wide thermal blackout curtains behind and over the vertical blinds. They are suspended by 56 rings and separated by five brackets 9" deep. The curtains prevent the hot air from rising to the upper bedroom in the afternoons, yet, allow opening the vertical blinds in the mornings. Can't see the curtains from the apartment exterior! Our thanks to our apartment manager for this DIY suggestion! The maintenance supervisor, Ken, has taken charge of air handler maintenance. Ken is prompt, courteous, and helpful, and doesn't try to sell you new equipment that you don't need.
Apartment is beautiful and I’ve had zero issues. Zulema has been wonderful and made sure I was happy with the move in. Maintenance took care of a few small issues right away. I love it here!

This place is horrible!!! Dont live here! Move on! Cracked foundations, apartments are falling apart. The Building is so old and they dont care to actually fix it. I have indents in my floor. Im afraid I might fall through to the 1st floor. They do not care about getting anything done. They just keep using Covid as an excuse. This place had so much potential. If they would just take the time to do the work needed and get enough staff, this place could actually be a safe and nice place to live, but they dont care.

The management here does not care about their tenants. The building is old, the pipes clog. Theres asbestos in the walls.

Lovely apartment complex - staff was professional and friendly, and the 2 bed/2 bath split-level floor plan is really cool. Had some issues with the AC and dishwasher that should have been resolved prior to move-in though.

Wonderful relaxed quiet community near everything without feeling like you cant escape. Nice grounds, dog friendly, clean and well maintained. Professional staff who respond appropriately and take care of issues. Great location and units for decent price.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I love the convenience of my covered parking. I lived here a week now and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of shops and places to grab a bite.
My community is great here. I know all my neighbors and they respect your privacy. I have been very content living here!
When I moved here it was much cleaner now it is slowly going down.
Love the location, people who live here are very friendly, apartments are spacious and like the feel of them. Reasonable rent.
Paradise Palms is the perfect sized community with great landscaping and maintenance. The community clearly sees this place as their home, so people take a lot of care in keeping up their balconies and decorating for holidays. It's a great complex to get away from the crowd and to be close to the restaurant scene!

Paradise Palms has great location and friendly staff and has a safe feeling. Parking is available for guests and layout of apartment feels very spacious.

Community has strong bones , but lots of work to do still. Before moving in , make sure you do a walk through of the apartment to make sure everything is ready. My apartment was not and still has tons of issues.
